Not bad, should have been better.
The pool and workout rooms are weak and therefore hurt the experience. Staff was good however and quick to change our rooms after a security issue on the door, although nobody helped us move all of our stuff, late at night .

I got a free update
When signing in, I got a free update from the front desk manager. I dont know if it was because they got my name incorrectly spelled or what. They called it a suite but it was an unbelievably large room with a jacuzzi in the room. It was a corner room on the 18th floor. The first night their local baseball team was having fireworks after the game. The ballpark was 2 blocks from the hotel Watching the fireworks was incredible I doubt. In addition, they gave a coupon book as well as email coupons. They were for newspapers, coffee at their coffee shop as well as buy one and get one free breakfast ath the buffet. This was well worth using the coupons The hotel was well run and in their casinos were mostly penny slots.

Satisfactory Weekend Getaway
First trip to Reno. Pleased with the hotel accommodations and staff. Major drawback - wireless internet services only free on TV. To access these services on my laptop had to pay a fee. Would like to have had more places to purchase a variety of gifts and souvenirs, especially for infants and children.
