A familiar name near the Livestock center and University of Nevada
On the edge of downtown, this branch of the well-known hotel chain, Days Inn, offers bright, well-kept rooms, a complimentary continental breakfast, seasonal heated outdoor pool and meeting space. Stay in Reno
This hotel was ok for a quick stopover in Reno and price was ok for the age of the property. Noisy neighborhood and a little run down. Had to go all the way over to office for ice & snacks, nothing near hotel rooms. Beds were comfortable but upgrades to tv and bathrooms and perhaps externally would make it more attractive. The front desk clerk was proficient and friendly.

Did not have the room we booked and charge for upgrade declined
Have stayed in the hotel multiple times over many years. Booked a Queen non-smoking. Was offered a Double non-smoking or an upgrade for $10.00 to a King. Requested a card for insidentals. Declined the king and stayed in the double. Was charged $10.00 on my card for a upgrade we declined. This is the first disappointment I have had with this hotel.

Shopping in Reno and Sparks is easy compared to Sacramento. Plenty of parking and friendly service everywhere we went.

Definitely not a 3 star hotel
Was not great. More like a 1.5 star motel. Smell bad when walked in room. Could've got way better for the price. Was very wroth and disappointed.

Gets the job done
Not the best place around but if you are looking for an economic alternative to the big hotels and don't need all of the bells and whistles, this is a decent place to be. Bottom line is: clean rooms in a decent location for BMX racing.

clean room and good location
We always stay here when we come to Reno. It is affordable and the rooms are clean. If you don't want to spend alot but want a good nights rest this is the place to stay. Its not far from downtown and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

Housekeeping
My robe disappeared on Sunday. We think the maid took it along with the towels, but the maid and front desk people just said they would look for it. I think I should get it mailed to me or get $10 mailed to me.

not good very unhappy
complained to manager who did nothing about 0ther guests and the noise factor and the fact that they blocked the fire lane and the cars were in the fire lane.. will never stay there again a terrible experience.....
