Over niter

If the beds were more comfortable it would have been a much better night. Very springy bed and poor quality pillows. Otherwise everything was good and acceptable at a great price

Made our reservation online and did not realize that we would not be guaranteed a non smoking room with 2 queen beds. At time of checking there was only a non smoking king. Circus circus front desk could not be more accommodating! We were in a non smoking room with a king bed and a comped roll away. They found a room for the following evening that they were going to hold for us that was nonsmoking with a king and queen sleeper sofa. The following day I called the desk and asked if they had any non smoking room with 2 queens, they did. They checked to see if it was in the same tower and found one on our floor. They sent up a bell man with a cart and helped us move! Everyone at circus circus were very friendly and nice and so helpful with making our stay pleasant. I wish that the rooms had microwaves and mini refrigerators to help families traveling here for sporting events. It would be so helpful

Reno Event

Not what I was expecting, having never been to Reno before. I was hoping they had a pool but didnt' have a chance to verify that before I left home. Not much of a gambler but liked all the penny and nickle slots. Bed was very soft, maybe too soft. Air conditioning kept shutting off and couldn't get it cold enough in the room, even setting at 66. Food was way worse than I expected. Bad enough that I could go without ever eating Hotel food again, even with a discount. Luckily we had a car so we could find a better place to eat on our own.

Eveything great except elevators at sky tower

Had a great time at circus circus stayed in one of their mini suites which was spacious furniture and decor a lil out dated. Elevators seemed to stay crowded had to wait several times for 5 mins or more. The steakhouse at hotel was by far helight of the hotel, w as amazing!
