Bowling Trip

The lady at the counter was amazing. That was the end of the good experience. The valet guys were extremely rude to us when we dropped car off and went to pick it up. In order to get to our hotel room we had to wait in at least a ten minute line to get to the elevators. When in the hotel room anytime anybody walked by the room the door would shake like somebody was trying to get in the room, I did not feel safe at all. Overall I do not think I will ever stay there again.

Circus Circus - Reno, NV

Clean and Manageable Room. Timely Service. Food (Cafe's and Buffets) is average to good. All of the upscale restaurants are top notch. Being connected to Silver Legacy and Eldorado makes finding places to eat and the ability to go from Hotel to Hotel very convenient. Just three blocks from the NBS makes for a very convenient trip. Would be a great hotel if traveling with family or Children. The Carnival area would keep the kids busy for hours.

Great Hotel and Casino. Bad restaurants

The hotel and Casino is incredible. You will enjoy. Is something for all the family. The restaurants have bad food and worse service. The only good service and food is the Main Street deli. The cafe shop attendants think that they are make you a favor serving you.

Sofa Bed

We had a suite for 3 people. Everything was good, except the sofa bed. Our 20 year old son can sleep anywhere at anytime, except on that sofa bed. He complained every morning about not being able to sleep on the sofa bed.

If the beds were more comfortable it would have been a much better night. Very springy bed and poor quality pillows. Otherwise everything was good and acceptable at a great price

I found the staff to be super. Quick to tell you what things they can do such as printing boarding passes, where you can use your food coupons and the best deals for us bowlers. I will use the same hotel for next years bowling tournament. I was greatly surprised.
