Though owned by big name MGM Resorts International, the Vdara Hotel and Spa promises a unique approach to Las Vegas in the midst of The Strip. With a LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, along with expansive, eco-friendly suites, there's an emphasis on holistic relaxation rather than gaming tables. Let the resident bartenders serve you up a cocktail at Bar Vdara while you indulge your inner child on the outdoor swings or visit the ESPA professionals for a personalized facial. Guests can simply choose to spend their days lounging at a rooftop cabana near plunge pools and the magnificent Vegas horizon, or putting across the greens at the exclusive Shadow Creek Golf Course.  Picking up a few gourmet wines and cheeses at Market Cafe Vdara before leaving ensures luggage full of enviable souvenirs.

Weekend stay at Vdara

I had a great stay at the Vdara this weekend. Rooms were top notch with little to nothing I can imagine you would complain about. Every member of the staff from housekeeping to room service to spa employees was completely courteous and professional. It was a very pampering treatment where you feel respected and your stay there is welcomed. This is breath of fresh air compared to other hotels that want to rush you in and out as quick as they can. Proximity to the Aria/City Center and the strip is good, but you will want to familiarize yourself with where to pick up the City Center tram if you don't have a vehicle. Some may get turned around looking for the main entrance of Vdara near Aria's, but asking any of the road attendants will get you there without a problem. If you don't want to valet your vehicle at the main entrance of Vdara, you can park in the Aria self parking then take the Tram from the Monte Carlo station to the Vdara (Bellagio station) since it's right next to the parking garage. Definitely not a big hassle. Overall a great trip and we can't wait to go back and try a two story penthouse!

Vdara Hotel and Spa in Las Vegas

The Vdara Hotel was excellent. I just happened to find it online. It's new so not too many people know about it yet. It sits in the back behind Aria, another new hotel. Easy access by the Tram to Monte Carlo and easy access by walkway to Bellegio. We loved it.

THEY USE SEALY PILLOW TOP MATTRESSES!!!

just got back from a wonderful stay in vdara. the room was was very modern and the spotless- (the maid spent 1.5 hrs servicing the room one day) Even though there is no casino you are 2 minutes walk away from the Aria and Bellagio casinos. The main things about the hotel was that it was so quiet you couldnt hear a sound once you were in your room and the bed..... wow! they use huge sealy pillow top beds you just sink into, (much nicer than the beds in Bellagio) and after a 10 hr flight you are glad of a nice bed. We are are off out to buy one! if i had to pick a downside the only thing would be the pool area, its lovely and clean an modern but not very big. However, you can use Arias pool(s) which are huge. Next time we go we are staying there again, you will not be disappointed!

Great Hotel Great Service Great Staff

Vadara was Amazing. Soon as you get to the hotel you have a nice friendly staff helping you with your bags, also the hotel has a nice smell soon as you enter the lobby. Check in is superfast(truly important) I had a 5 hour flight from New York the last thing you want to do is to be waiting in lobby after you had a long flight. The room was amazing and i had a view of the Bellagio fountain. The Bellhop even showed me how to work everything in the room including the media hub, shades, kitchen appliances. Vdara has a comfortable home feel to it i stayed for a week and didn't want to come home lol. Its a non gaming which is good in a way cause you keep money in your pockets lol. But Aria has a beautiful casino which is only a short walk away and Bellagio Casino is not to far away either. The location is great cause your in the middle of the Vegas strip. For weeks It was a toss up tween Aria and Vdara. I'm Glad I chose Vdara you won't be disappointed I read reviews before about Vdara but trust me its first class treatment. Also included in your room is wifi and a internet connection which is great ;) so bring your laptops its helpful especially if you want to plan a great trip and found out who is performing

Nightlife tip: Short walk from hotel

If your going to Hang out and party Haze is only a short walk. Also if your looking for a great buffet bellagio is the best of the strip. But there is a 24 hour buffet pass and you get to go to 7 buffets in the 24 hours (inquire @ Planet Hollywood) I do recommend this cause dining can be very expensive in Vegas.

beautiful serenity in the strip

This is a fantastic hotel, quiet, calm and spotlessly clean. Rooms are big, and very tasteful. House keeping was fantastic and room was cleaned at least twice every day. Our room had views of the Bellagio fountains and the eifel tower! Easy to walk anyway on the strip from this hotel. Would definately stay here again.

New hotel really lives up to hype!

Usually we stay in our time share in Las Vegas - but this time we decided to only go for three days and stay on the Strip. Got a great deal [...] at the brand new Vdara built in December in the new City Center. Wow! It advertises as an Oasis away from the hustle of the Strip and it certainly is. All rooms are suites. We had a king bed, a kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and tub separate. We were on th 47th floor with a view of the Strip and the Bellagio fountain. But actually it was such a panoramic view of all of Vegas from the mountains to the Eiffel Tower. Breath-taking. The only thing that was missing was a coffee pot. You could arrange for silver ware, plates, etc. There was a refrig and microwave - but no coffee! Other wise it was perfect (if pricey). The staff was the most attentive and friendly of any facility I've ever been in. We were always greeted with a genuine smile and an attitude that nothing was too much to ask. Service no matter what it was - was gracefully and graciously performed.

Try the Silk Road restaurant in Vdara. It's only open for breakfast and lunch but the ambiance and the food are exceptional. The presentation of the food compares with any famous Chef's restaurant in town.

We loved our stay at the Vdara. We stayed on the 48 floor and our view was amazing! Spectacular sunrises every morning! The customer service was great, especially the valets....just the best ever! And love the fragrance they pipe through the vents in the lobby....a welcome scent to come "home" to every evening. Location is great too...will stay again for sure!
