A couple retreat

Our experience was great from checking in to leaving. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. They had big fluffy pillows. We were at the North end of the strip and when we walked out we were on the strip taking in the view. There was a tram to get to the Mirage which was convenient. The hotel was clean and I would stay there again.

The hotel is centrally located so reaching every part of the strip is very easy. The hotel was nice and seemed to have a lot of people coming in and out.

Very Nice Trip

I stayed with Treasure Island before, however, this time around they updated a lot of the restaurants and promotions. Treasure Island is almost the mid-point on the Vegas Strip which is very nice as you can spend a couple of days walking 1/2 of the strip and have a nice rest in between. Its very ideal as night clubs and bars are not very far and if you need to take a taxi, it doesn't cost as much as having to travel from one side of the strip to the other. The pirate show is very cool. Always has a very large crowd in front.

Use the freebies that comes with the hotel fees. A lot of money can be saved and used elsewhere. Avoid the pizza place.

Geat accommodtions & customer service

Front desk clerk was very nice. I asked for a strip view and she said it would be $30. a night more. I declined and she said she would put us on the 12th floor where we would still be able to get a view without the extra charge. The restaurants in the hotel had the same service. Very accommodating.

Family getaway

First walked into room that they said was clean, it was dirty, food left in refrigerator, bathroom counter dirty and room had foul odor to it. Would never stay at Treasure Island again, plan on going back to Las Vegas next year and we will stay at the Tropicana for certain.

Just OK

We requested a room with 2 dbl beds. Got to room and it only had one, with a great view. They gave us a new room with a terrible view, and wet carpet?? Were disappointed the hotel did away with the pirate show. Main reason we stayed there with our kids was to enjoy the show. :(
