Dealertainers, divas and luaus define this worldly center-Strip classic
Like a favorite uncle, The Quad Resort & Casino Located next to Flamingo is a reliable presence at the center of the Las Vegas Strip. With a slightly kitschy tribute to ancient Japan, The Quad Resort & Casino offers a variety of entertainment, amenities and dining in a relatively compact space. Central to the casino floor are the famous "Dealertainer" celebrity card dealers. More entertainment includes Frank Marino's cross-dressing Divas, the acrobats of Japan's Matsuri and the world-class Auto Collections.

Please be advised that this hotel will be under major renovations starting immediately and the projected completion date is sometime in late 2013. Effective immediately, vehicular access to The Quad from The Strip is permanently closed and all traffic must enter the property via the back entrance. Please also be advised that the main image that you see on our website is an artist rendering of the property when it is complete and not a true depiction of what the property looks like today. While we regret the inconvenience this may cause you, please know that Orbitz Worldwide and Caesars Entertainment takes a great deal of pride in your comfort and apologizes in advance for any disturbance this may cause you.

Highlights

  • The Auto Collections, one of the largest classic car showrooms with $100 million USD worth of inventory on display and for sale
  • "Dealtertainers," card dealers dressed as famous celebrities like Elvis, Michael Jackson, Dolly Parton and more
  • Oversized portions of unique, savory comfort food served at Hash House A Go Go

Location
The Quad Resort & Casino sits between the Flamingo and Harrah's resorts on the east side of the Strip, directly across from Caesars Palace and the Forum Shops.
Rooms
Despite The Quad Resort's Asian theme, the 2,650 Standard Deluxe rooms in the resort's five towers are traditional American or Tropical in style, with queen or king beds, granite countertops and updated showers. The Capri building features pet-friendly accommodations (check hotel policy for restrictions). Suite options feature 300-gallon "Luv Tubs" with mirrored ceilings, and amenities like wet bars, sofabeds and flatscreen TVs. Wi-Fi Internet access is available for a fee.
Features
Guests at The Quad Resort & Casino Located next to Flamingo enjoy the typical Vegas experience with amenities like a spa and salon, a large seasonal outdoor pool with cabanas (fees apply), fitness center and a small selection of casual shopping. The Quad Resort also features some of Vegas' most popular karaoke, a seasonal Polynesian Luau on the pool deck, a wedding chapel with a variety of ceremony options, and the world famous Auto Collections with more than 250 cars and a "history on wheels" tour.

Dine at moderately priced restaurants like Embers steakhouse, Burger Palace and Ginseng 3, a rare 24-hour Asian eatery on the Strip. Breakfast is served at Hash House A Go Go (come hungry for big, tasty portions), Emperor's Buffet and Betty's Diner. Stop for cocktails at Fat Tuesday's or go for people watching at Beacher's Rockhouse, a wild and bold carnival-themed bar with sexy dancers and a prime Strip-side location. On February 1, Ruth Chris Steakhouse will take over the space that The Range currently occupies.

Free self- and valet parking is available at the resort.
Entertainment
For gaming action, the casino at The Quad Resort & Casino Located next to Flamingo offers a unique stadium-style sports book, card games featuring celebrity impersonating "dealertainers," and also honors the Harrah's Total Rewards Card. Free self- and valet parking is available.

Don't miss Matsuri, the famed Japanese "Muscle Musical" with a cast of 18 Japanese athletes who perform stunts like Human Jump Rope, Judo Tango and Foot Drums. From April through October, head to the pool deck for Las Vegas' only authentic poolside Luau and Polynesian revue.

The LINQ, an open-air shopping, dining, and entertainment destination, will open more restaurants, boutiques and stores in late 2013. Some brands set to open include Brooklyn Bowl, Sprinkles Cupcakes, Chayo Mexicano and Off The Strip Bistro.

less than expected

during the course of my stay at the still Imperial palace , I was charged an extra 10.oo for an upgrade . I rather have stayed somewhere else and paid more for a more enjoyable experience. The hotel is under construction , my room was dirty . the toilet would not stop running after being flushed and the shower handle wouldnt stop the water flow after i finished my shower , i had to fiddle with it to stop the water from continue to pour out. I was difficult to find my way around the hotel , the staff was less than helpful . I left a day early from my check out date and stayed at a friends home in las vegas. If my upgrade was supposed to be upgrade i dare to wonder what my normal room would have been like. UNder the beds were filthy .. i discovered this when i dropped some change and looked under the bed that had chewing gym wrappers and my slacks had dust on them when i kneeled to retrieve the change . I think a motel 6 would have been a better option . Im sorry, im usually easy going but this place was awful . send a rep undercover before you send anyone out or recommend this place. The pictures you posted are decieving and do not look anything like it.. by any means..

Not bad for price and location

The hotel needs some updating, but given the location and the price, it was a good deal. Right on the strip is great. Easy access to monorail and other hotels. They are currently remodeling the front entrance, so hopefully the rest of the hotel gets some needed loving. The carpets in halls and rooms need replaced.

Econo Vegas Strip Stay

Not the best hotel because it's a bit old and outdated, but the room was nice and the staff were friendly. There's currently a bunch of construction, but it seems they're upgrading, so that's good.

Imperial Palace should be leveled and rebuilt

We were given a room on the 11th floor, however the glass on the sliding door to the balcony was covered with a while film so we couldn't see out. In addition, the door was sealed shut so we couldn't open it to get air in the room. Since the air conditioner was very loud and did not work very well, the room stunk and smelled very stale. One of the rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom had what looked like blood dripping down the middle of it. The entire hotel is filthy and disgusting. Other than the location, there were no positive attributes to imperial palace. Spend a little more and avoid this place at all costs!!! I would never go back!

Loud music till 3am

Stayed in tower 5 on the 16th floor with a room facing the strip. The problem was that this side of the tower is located above an open bar/club that is outside of Harrah's. The music was loud and continued every night until past 3am. The room had no insulation against the noise with only a single pane sliding glass door in a feble attempt to block out the noise. Good luck trying to sleep through that! Thankfully the room was cheap, clean, and I'm sure a majority of the hotel does not experience this issue but you should be aware.

Long overdue getaway

IP is NOT the place to stay if you are looking for elegance or a classy hotel. It has the very basics BUT, it is dead center on the strip and everything is within walking distance it seems which was more important to me. The price is great and the staff is friendly but, the rooms are kinda dingy. No WI FI in the rooms which, is almost unheard of but, I was able to do what I needed from my cell. If you are going for business I would definitely not recommend it. Good selection of slot machines, drink staff comes around often, impersonator table dealers were fabulous and the Hash a Go Go restaurant was really good at a great price.

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

Take the monorail or the buses up and down the strip.. The traffic is bad and the cab drivers like to sit in it and jack up your bill

I was disappointed

I paid 100.00 dollars for one night at the Imperial Palace. The room was misleading online...it was small, outdated, and dirty. There were pills on the bathroom floor and at least an inch of dust on the headboard. The TV was smaller than the one my family had in 1987 (at least it was color!). Ever our room number was super-glued on the door...not straight. The location was great! And how much time to you spend in your room anyway? When we finally tucked into bed for some sleep, we were scared, startled, and shocked awake by a fire alarm. The alarm went off for 10 minutes and there was no announcement until we were halfway down the 16 flights of stairs. They announced to go back to our rooms. When we finally got back to our rooms, they made continuous announcements about it "being only a false alarm". There went our little sleep... The casino was extra smokey and hot. I will never stay here again. Regardless of location. I'd rather stay off the strip and not feel dirty.

Tragic

The room had permanent stains on the drapes, floor, and chair. The air conditioner worked marginally (116 degrees out). Roomservice barged in on 2 seperate occasions. The 2nd occured but minutes after I told her NOT to enter.
