The Quad Resort & Casino Located next to Flamingo

Cheap , perfect place, no problems at all it is in the center of the action located at LAS VEGAS BLV, the only problem is the internet that you have to pay extra and the signal is low.. but for the price an the location i think it was good

My husband and I took an impromptu road trip to Vegas for one night only, for the NCAA Championship game. We figured since this was just a one-night trip, we'd figure out a hotel on our way there. Because of the big game, all of the hotel prices were jacked wayyy up. The Quad, normally around $20 a night, from what I've researched, was $84 ($64 plus tax and fees). We had figured we'd stay at the Quad because we heard it was dirt cheap and the location is pretty central on the strip. Well, this was when we were thinking of it being about $20. Obviously you get what you pay for so we weren't expecting much. When we ended up paying $84, it became a frustrating experience. If we had paid $20, I would have said this was fair. But they should not have jacked the prices up because paying $84 for a $20 room was absolute theft... it was gross. If you're going for just 1 night and you plan to be out late and partying, I would say it's worth it for a cheap $20 and the good location. But I really don't think it's do-able to stay more than 1 night, or for more than $20. It's so beyond outdated...it really needs to be demolished and a new hotel should be built. The parking structure is disgusting (and we had a lovely view of it...ha) and the hotel reeks of weed and smoke...the bathroom wasn't very clean....the beds were clean, thank God. It was just NOT your typical vegas experience with high caliber hotels and amenities. I'm glad we checked it out so that we know we are never gonna stay there again...I'd say spend more $$ and have a better experience.

I found the hotel staff was not very friendly and very abrupt in answering questions. This is the old Imperial Palace Hotel. The carpets are stained and the overall appearance very worn out. The views are non existent overlooking other worn out parts of the hotel. I wouldn't go back.

The room was dirty. I got a room with a sink blockage. When you try to call the front desk they NEVER answer. When you arrive to the hotel they make you add 15$ a night to upgrade your room to a normal room, otherwise you get the worst room ever. After upgrading you still get a bad room but a little better than the prevous. This was the worst hotel I have ever beet to. Doesn't justify the price. Never again!!!

the hotel casino was clean and very busy. the rooms were alittle need for a makeover. the elevator were slow and need to be upgraded or replaced

I had a fantastic time at the Hotel..it was perfect for sleeping, the bed was confortable and it was just the classic room

I just spent time for sleep at hotel. I think every thing was good.

It's a hotel for this price, inexpensive, not many facilities.

Orbittz stated that we could get a room with either 2 queen or 1 King bed, but upon arrival, the hotel said that the classic room we reserved had ONLY 1 King bed. After a short debate, they were nice enough to give us one with 2 queen beds. Orbittz needs to be clear of what they are offering.

I was absolutely disgusted with the room I had. I am a manager in hotels and know that getting a low rate doesn't mean you're going to get a good room. Check-in was an absolute nightmare. It took forever and for the duration of my trip I always saw a long line with only 1-3 people working at the desk. When I got to my floor, the 1/2 carpeted hallway wall was held together with masking tape (nice initial reaction to my floor). The rooms were dingy, dirty and the furniture was from the 80s. Stains on the chair cushions and the balcony was stained as well. Definitely not an enjoyable experience.
