Dealertainers, divas and luaus define this worldly center-Strip classic
Like a favorite uncle, The Quad Resort & Casino Located next to Flamingo is a reliable presence at the center of the Las Vegas Strip. With a slightly kitschy tribute to ancient Japan, The Quad Resort & Casino offers a variety of entertainment, amenities and dining in a relatively compact space. Central to the casino floor are the famous "Dealertainer" celebrity card dealers. More entertainment includes Frank Marino's cross-dressing Divas, the acrobats of Japan's Matsuri and the world-class Auto Collections.

Please be advised that this hotel will be under major renovations starting immediately and the projected completion date is sometime in late 2013. Effective immediately, vehicular access to The Quad from The Strip is permanently closed and all traffic must enter the property via the back entrance. Please also be advised that the main image that you see on our website is an artist rendering of the property when it is complete and not a true depiction of what the property looks like today. While we regret the inconvenience this may cause you, please know that Orbitz Worldwide and Caesars Entertainment takes a great deal of pride in your comfort and apologizes in advance for any disturbance this may cause you.

Highlights

  • The Catalyst Bar and the gaming opportunities at the Casino
  • The Auto Collections, one of the largest classic car showrooms with $100 million USD worth of inventory on display and for sale
  • "Dealtertainers," card dealers dressed as famous celebrities like Elvis, Michael Jackson, Dolly Parton and more
  • Oversized portions of unique, savory comfort food served at Hash House A Go Go

Location
The Quad Resort & Casino sits between the Flamingo and Harrah's resorts on the east side of the Strip, directly across from Caesars Palace and the Forum Shops.
Rooms
Despite The Quad Resort's Asian theme, the 2,650 Standard Deluxe rooms in the resort's five towers are traditional American or Tropical in style, with queen or king beds, granite countertops and updated showers. The Capri building features pet-friendly accommodations (check hotel policy for restrictions). Suite options feature spa tub with mirrored ceilings, and amenities like wet bars, sofabeds and flat-screen TVs. Wi-Fi Internet access is available for a fee.
Features
Guests at The Quad Resort & Casino Located next to Flamingo enjoy the typical Vegas experience with amenities like a spa and salon, a large seasonal outdoor pool with cabanas (fees apply), fitness center and a small selection of casual shopping. The Quad Resort also features some of Vegas' most popular karaoke, a seasonal Polynesian Luau on the pool deck, a wedding chapel with a variety of ceremony options, and the world famous Auto Collections with more than 250 cars and a "history on wheels" tour.

Dine at moderately priced restaurants like Embers steakhouse, Burger Palace, Quesadilla and Ginseng 3, a rare 24-hour Asian eatery on the Strip. Breakfast is served at Hash House A Go Go (come hungry for big, tasty portions) and Betty's Diner. Stop for cocktails at Fat Tuesday's or go for people watching at Beacher's Rockhouse, a wild and bold carnival-themed bar with sexy dancers and a prime Strip-side location. On February 1, Ruth Chris Steakhouse will take over the space that The Range currently occupies.

Free self- and valet parking is available at the resort.
Entertainment
For gaming action, the casino at The Quad Resort & Casino Located next to Flamingo offers a unique stadium-style sports book, card games featuring celebrity impersonating "dealertainers," and also honors the Harrah's Total Rewards Card. Free self- and valet parking is available.

Don't miss Matsuri, the famed Japanese "Muscle Musical" with a cast of 18 Japanese athletes who perform stunts like Human Jump Rope, Judo Tango and Foot Drums. From April through October, head to the pool deck for Las Vegas' only authentic poolside Luau and Polynesian revue.

The LINQ, an open-air shopping, dining, and entertainment destination, will open more restaurants, boutiques and stores in late 2013. Some brands set to open include Brooklyn Bowl, Sprinkles Cupcakes, Chayo Mexicano and Off The Strip Bistro.

Good value for the location

We stayed for 2 nights here while they are under renovation for the LINQ hotel, which will be the new renamed Quad. It was pretty noisy and inconvenient with construction going on and a single elevator making it tough to get to our 11th floor room and back down to the lobby. The saving grace was that we barely spent any time in our room, which although superficially clean, was lacking anything nice in the way of finishes or extra comfort. Very plain with an old stained carpet. Understandably they are under full renovation, so I believe our tower was going to be the next to be fully refurnished. Location is great on the north end of the strip and the value was OK for what it was compared to other options nearby.

Construction

When we arrived we were completely surprised to find that the entire hotel is under major renovations. While I understand the need to stay relevant and up to date to keep the masses coming. What a mess, only one elevator working, constant banging, jack hammering, hotel rooms and halllways completely outdated ( that's hopefully part of their reno), WiFi that was offered is completely useless.

Great location, average rooms.

The location of this hotel makes it worthwhile. The rooms are not fantastic and I've stayed in better hotels but where it is on the strip is phenomenal. The bed itself was very comfy! I was surprised with that. The carpet was pretty used and the bathroom wasn't exactly "clean" but the entire time I was on Vegas I probably spent 12 hours out of 72 in the room. There's so much stuff to do outside of the hotel and The Quad is in such a great spot near bars, more casinos, shows, and other entertainment. I would stay here again!

moldy and nasty

the rooms are nothing like the picture. Just absolutely disgusting. They are still remodeling and the entire lobby looks like a demolition site. Their is litterly a fog of dust consistently in the air from construction. The rooms put out dated filthly and smell like death. The sinks did not drain well and nobody that worked their seemed to care. The pool is closed and was forced to share with the already over crowded flamingo. Also having to walk there...don't be fooled next door isn't so close even tho they tell you it is.

Horrible experience

If I could give a 0 I would...the hotel was dirty, the staff wasn't helpful.. The room had a balcony, that was nailed shut, so our 'awesome' view (as described to us) was really just a wall. This hotel needs to be torn down and redone as the ONLY positive was the location. Not only will I never step foot in this rat hole again I will make sure everyone knows.

Won't ever go back!

Worse stay ever! Floors were so dirty that after a shower your feet would get black from walking on the carpet with no shoes. Remodeling was starting at 6 am so could not sleep at all. Room door locks wouldn't work and wasted a lot of time waiting on Security to let you in. They should have told me that they were still remodeling and all the things you would have to deal with before booking and charging you a 112.00 hotel fee on top of the room charge for putting up with all the issues we had! It will have to change a lot before I ever go back to stay there.

very poor

Renovation was not compete as of 9/27 so construction stuff was everywhere. The room was disgusting. Gross carpet, no room furniture at all except tv stand. Sliding glass door to balcony that was bolted shut. Band playing till 3am every night, which wasn't too bad unless you wanted to sleep, in which case you couldn't because of the pounding. 270 dollars seemed way too expensive for this place. Considering the Excalibur (a low end hotel) would have been less than 200.
