Just can't guarantee the King

Despite having called to confirm a late check-in for the paid-for King bed, they still had none available... Such is life, but still disappointing. The Wi-Fi wasn't anywhere to be explained except for when you went to use it...said if it's included in your package....but in order to find out, you'd have to find time to stand in the always 30-45 minute minimum line to ask. Nice place, great location, just not speedy, nor set up for information-ease to the customer. Will make a list of all questions ahead of time to ask at check-in next time.

close to the High Roller

Well, the hotel is frustrating in a few ways... and great in others. There is no real front entrance, so your cab or shuttle will need to drop you off or pick you up at Harrah's... which is annoying when you are full of suitcases and bags. The casino is smaller compared to the other hotels. The elevators are a NIGHTMARE...seriously. they are located basically in the middle of foot traffic through shops and food. The location on the strip is nice and centered. THe pool is nice... although the price to sit on the pool side lounges is 79.00 plus tax...that seems ridiculous.

Super eco-friendly room

My boyfriend and I stayed here and it was very nice and clean. We had the view of the high roller which was cool. The only downside is that they were still doing construction, but other than that I recommend this hotel.

business trip

Overall it was real nice. They had just one minor hiccup which was a small trash bag behind the door. I can see how easy it is to miss when the maids have the door open to clean but it's no excuse. It was a great experience otherwise. I will say that if you get the room with the poolside be ready to hear the music from across the street. I was attempting to study for my exam the next morning and it was very loud and hard to concentrate. I eventually zoned it out. Not sure if they were playing all night either But in the daytime it's loud. My coworker had the room across and it was completely quiet. I have another convention next week and for the price and experience, I'll definitely stay again.

Anniversary trip

This was a first visit to the former Imperial Palace since the tower had been refreshed. The room was clean and comfortable with some modern amenities. Casino and gaming area were very impressive and you can't beat the location on the strip.

Thanksgiving in Vegas

This was the first month the hotel was open and it was pretty snazzy! The room was really nice, the view wasn't of the strip instead it was a view of the Flamingo hotel and a bunch of roofs, but that was fine since we didn't spend much time in the hotel room anyways. The room was very modern and the bathroom in the room (especially the shower) were huge and super modern, which is always nice. The location is right in the middle of the strip so a quick (or relatively quick) walk to all the rest of the casinos. It is also located on a shopping strip which had restaurants and bars which was nice for some food. The only downside was that all of these places were closed when we would come back after midnight. Overall I would definitely stay here again :)

The location was very good. Room was clean and basic. The lobby was dark and without any character. The outdoor area was very good. The promenade area was very good.
