Nice Surprise!

I took a group of 15 people, age 9 to adult to Sam's Town. It was a perfect choice! There was entertainment for all ages! We loved the light show. The restaurant choices were decent, and some of us even went bowling after midnight for a buck a game! We'll be back!

Good Trip

Hotel had good commodities although given the lack of non smoking rooms the stay was sub par compared to the hotels that have non smoking rooms available. Other than that good hotel and good service.

Welcoming my son back from overseas

I was pleasantly surprised by Sam's Town. I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean. The only issue I had was that I arrived at the hotel at 4 a.m. due to a delayed flight and I was still charged for the entire night. I understand business is business, but when I spoke with a family of three on the return flight, They stayed at the Luxor and they wee given a suite and weren't charged for their late arrival. I will stay at Sam's Town again, hopefully for the entire time I booked the room for.

Quick get away

I dont mind paying resort fees however to pay 6.95 to print your boarding passes is a bit ridiculous.

Good value

Rooms are clean, bathroom works well, dinner buffet good. Everything is very good for the price. I paid 58 dlls per night + 15 dlls in hotel fees. Hotel public areas are pretty but are not new. Rooms are comfortable. Sometimes is good to be out of the strip, it is more calm. Denny's and walgreen's are near. I could say that guests average age at the hotel is 55, so the ambience is accordingly. I am from Mexico and could not benefit from there special discounts becouse they did not accept my official ID in order to register to their BCONNECTED plan.

A great place to stay

We had a lovely time at Sam's, it's an attractive hotel complex with lots of amenities. We only had one complaint and that is that it's a long way from the main Vegas strip and the shuttle stops running quite early in the evening. It's an expensive taxi fare if you want to catch shows or other entertainment.
