Full feature hotel with an excellent price!!

I go to Vegas at least 6 times a year for Bingo at a 24 hour Bingo hall, Not Sam's Town. I have stayed at the other casino for years bcuz of the convenience for the bingo and it's cheap price. However, that place is pretty gross and what you'd expect for a cheap price so I wanted to try something else that's cheap but close to my bingo hall. Sam's Town was cheap so I gave it a try, but didn't expect much bcuz it was so cheap. However, it's GREAT!! It has a beautiful inside waterfall and paths lined with beautiful trees, flowers, rock formations etc where you take a little break and feel like you're in nature! The rooms are surprisingly well insulated where you don't hear every conversation through the walls next door!! The rooms are spacious, newly remodeled, and very comfortable. The selection of food choices/restaurants is great and their buffet selection is pretty small, but the food doesn't taste like regular, cheap buffet food and the price is great as is the quality!! This is by far the best hotel in Vegas for the price!!!!!

Great value!!

Great amenities at a great price! I'd feel comfortable bringing children here as the environment was very family friendly (for a casino).

Pretty much all-inclusive resort!

This was a wonderful hotel for a great price. It has tons of amenities and lots of eating choices so you really don't even need to leave. Everything you want to do can pretty much be done there. They have a movie theater, bowling alley, fast food, multiple restaurants, and even an air conditioned atrium complete with waterworks and laser shows!! Highly recommend!

50th year anniversary party

The room was clean, fairly spacious and we got two queen beds which was good. There was little to no trace of smoking which was also good. The downside was that the shower would not allow a warm shower so we all had to take cold showers. My wife particularly didn't like that part of it all. We informed housekeeping about the situation and she just laughed about it. The pool was quite nice, there were a lot of choices for food within the hotel, a fairly large casino, and an arcade for the kids. The strip was within 15-20 minutes of driving. We tried the Caesar's Buffet and after that, the local buffet suffered in comparison. In retrospect, the local hotel buffet was actually pretty good, but the Caesar's Buffet was insanely good.

Wonderful anniversary trip.

Sam's Town is probably the best resort/hotel we have ever used. The staff was very helpful and friendly. All amenities were excellent. We plan on staying there when we visit Las Vegas again. Only recommendation would be to put microwaves in the rooms.

Something for Almost Everybody

Sam’s Town wasn’t our first choice, but the weekend prices were better than where we had been staying. It has a lot to offer: great parking, a variety of places to eat from cheap to expensive, theaters with lots of choices, a swimming pool, retail shops and, of course, slot machines and gambling opportunities. Our room was clean and well maintained, if somewhat dated. The location was great—easy to find, Walmart was across the street and the airport was about 15-20 minutes away. The one disappointment was the buffet at the Firelight. Breakfast was definitely not worth the price and, at half the price, we would not choose to eat there again. On the other hand, both my friend and I won a substantial amount on a quarter slot machine #5715.

Skip the Firelight buffet. We liked the Panda Express and TGI Fridays.

Good clean value for the whole family

Neat, clean with alot to do around the hotel. When we were not seeing family or shows we could just relax in the room or do one of the activities at the hotel. Such as see live music in a lounge, watch a show in the theatre, shop, bowl, dine at good restraunts and even gamble. Sams has something for all ages. And the staff through-out were helpful and friendly.
