The City of Light shines with haute cuisine and romance

Guests can ride to the top of the Eiffel Tower for a romantic view from the observation deck. French-infused fare is served at many Paris restaurants, although alternatives include Gordeon Ramsay Steak the gigantic Sugar Factory. Bally's Las Vegas resort is attached for added options.

not family friendly and not romantic

I was very upset with this hotel. The rooms are very small and we had to call housekeeping to keep up the cleanliness. Room service food stayed in the hall for a day. The people at the front desk are friendly, but when calling housekeeping and other services they were rude. The restaurants in the hotel were horrible! Things in the hotel room were not working good. If you want a refrigerator or microwave, this is not the hotel for you. I regretted staying there and will never stay there again. I do not recommend this hotel.

not very accomadating

I had my wallett stolen two hours after I checked in. I was at the pool, where my wallett was stolen right out of my purse. They were not willing to check there camera footage or even tell me if they had cameras. "They said, that was none of my business. They were not very helpful! I was very disapointed with the way I was treated. They made no accomodations. I had no money, or any credit cards. All they were to offer, was telling where i can have someone western union me som money. That was fifth time out to Vegas, first time I have ever had something like this happen.

Major Disappointment

This was my first trip to Las Vegas. The Paris was a great disspointment. We had to get a room upgrade for an additional 40.00 per night, and the rooms were still outdated, with worn and very uncomfortable furniture. We could not order room service as there was nowhere to eat it in the room - no table. The 'new pillow-top' matress sagged in center and was very uncomfortable. The weather was 88 degrees and beautiful, but the pool was closed all week for cleaning. The restaurants in the Paris close too early, so there is no where to go for a late night snack in the facility.

Smokey Tourist Trap

This was our first trip and last trip to Las Vegas. It is not a family oriented caters to adults. It was very expensive. The services and facilities where not as nice as where we have stayed before (i.e. Mayflower in Washington, DC, Hyatt Resorts in Florida, Marriott Resort in Florida, Omni Resort in Florida, Regency Resort, San Diego, Ca). The City was dirty. I followed a recommended jogging trail by the Hotel to find that roads were under repair and the trail went thru undesirable locations. There was not enough choice within reasonable distance of the hotel for reasonable food and shopping. We felt like trapped tourist. We gambled and checked out different casinoes. There should be a non smoking area of the casino. There are more non smokers than smokers. Many states are now smoke free. Las Vegas needs to cater to the non smokers. On our way home everyone complained on the shuttle about the smoking and how bad it was. This trip was no where near as nice as other trips we have taken.

The good and the bac

Paris is well-located across from the Bellagio and Caesar's Palace. Our room, however, was not in clean condition, with dust here and there and a sticky marble bathroom floor indicating it had not been mopped.

What security cameras?!

The trip was a gift for my father's 70th birthday. He sure loved the slots, as did my 130 lb. brother. My brother was unfortunately cornered in a bathroom stall and mugged by a 250+ lb. man. The hotel kindly told my brother he should have screamed or fought back. They told him there were cameras in the bathroom and outside as well yet no one came to his aid. He's lucky he wasn't hurt. How rude of the staff to not apoligize but to chide him for not handling a life/death situation differently.

The trip could have been better

This was not my first trip to Las Vegas and I have stayed at mostly all the major hotels on the Strip, but I decided to give Paris a try because of it's great location being right in the middle of the Strip. However, after this experience I will avoid staying here ever again! First of all, when we checked-in the lady at the front desk was unfriendly and seemed very unhappy for some reason. She barely spoke to us nor made much eye contact. She also neglected to mention that if you use a DEBIT card as a registered credit card when you check-in, they will AUTOMATICALLY charge the card $100 per night that you stay. I realized this charge because my bank informed me of the charge. When I spoke to a manager about this, he was VERY unfriendly as well and stated the lady must not have known the card was a debit card when it clearly states in 2 locations on my card DEBIT CARD. He never apologized for his employees mistake, but just said he would email the lady of this incident. (Like that will make any difference?!?). To keep a week vacation story short, basically I felt Paris staff treat you differently when you purchase a room from a third party company like [...]. They put us in probaly one their oldest rooms there, the TV barely worked, the water pressure was so low which would take a good 20 mins for hot water to come out of the shower, and the hotel does not have COMFORTERS for the beds!! They just use the white bedsheets and that's all! When we asked for thicker blankets, they sent a thin hospital-like sheet with holes in it, like that was suppose to keep us warmer! All in all, I will not stay at Paris hotel again. Only thing I enjoyed in the hotel was the resturants and spa treatment, that's it.

Not thrilled

Other Vegas hotels had Starbucks, a deli, a lobby to wait in, a bell desk to check luggage until check out time, an in room refrigerator. This only had a mini bar. there was no no smoking section. No bed spread on the bed, just a throw.

Pretty but ugly

Staff was rude and [...]. Would not recommend too anyone. Motel should have shuttle to airport. Should have gambling tables starting at $3/$5 min bet. Room thermostat said 60 but was very HOT. Need a fan in bathrooms. Need mini refrig in rooms for guest to use for left overs, pop, and beer that is purchased. Need to educate hotel staff where items are within hotel (example ice, chapel, pool)and where other places in town. Staff gave wrong directions a few times otherwise we were told "I don't know!!!!!" Wait staff at hotel bar SUCKED. Served first round and never came back. Went to bar and bartender got mad. Went to bars outside hotel for better service.
