Not Very Good! Rooms and hotel need work
Rooms and hotel was not clean. Place to noisy and loud. Have over 1000 nights in LV! I won't go back to the Palms even if they give me a suite for free! Horrible!

smokers heaven, but slow service
Cigarette smoke throughout the entire casino floor, and into the restaurants. Seemed like 80% of all players were heavy smokers and the casino floor air-conditioning was not good. Staff cutbacks abound; service every was slow. Food was mediocre at best. The room upgrade was free (in the old tower), since it was a mid-week stay. Slots were very tight, not many jackpots anywhere. Old tower suffers from traffic noise, and don't look under the furniture in your room.

Horrible place to stay!
Me and some friends stayed at this hotel thinking it was going to be a classy fun place for my friends birthday. First of all, when we got to our room there was hair in the bed, than there was bodily fluid on the bed comforter. After switching rooms, the manager promised us a bottle of champagne. We waited and waited and he never brought it. Then we attempted to go to the pool and they would not let us in becauese we were too late. Lastly, the bouncers would not let us into any of the clubs because we had already been drinking!! Hello!! Its Vegas. After be treated badly,I asked the manager for a refund and she did not do anything to keep us there, she just said there was nothing she could do about it!! This is a horrible hotel with rude staff! I will never stay here again!

Will never stay here again!
When staying in vegas one looks for the best value possible. this is what i thought i was geting with the palms. unfortunately that was not the case. the service was horrible, and the worst part is that guest cannot get free in their clubs. i have stayed at other places in vegas such as the hard rock and the harrahs both of which offer free events. hard rock even gives gets you into their famous sunday pool club for Free, thats a $100 value each. the ironic thing that the palms is all about their "service" it was almost insulting that they reminded you of this with a notcard in your room, especially considering not one person in that hotel showed it!

dont stay at the palms, stay on the strip where the action is! at least that way you have access to more to do, because if you want to enjoy the nightlife the plams is not the place to be.

Yuck
I checked in at 4:30 and wanted to go lay out by the pool. The Palms pool closes at 5:00! The room was so dusty I had an allergy attack. The bed smelled like mildew. The knob fell off when I turned the shower on. I could hear other rooms plumbing through my bathroom. The room next to me with the joining door had a party until 3 am and all the front desk could say was did you bring ear plugs? I felt like I would have been better off staying at a holiday Inn!

Drunk and Disorderly Hotel...not so fun
The hotel was okay; I wouldn't stay here again. Registration desk was difficult to locate. No times posted for when pool was open-and then found out it was only open 9a-5p. It would have been nice to swim at 9 or 10 at night or very early in the morning. There were long lines of people all over but no indication as to what they were waiting to do. There was no information about Ghost bar-how/when to go there. At this hotel it seemed like you already had to know what was going on-little direction about activities. It appears that this is a popular hotel for teenagers trying to pass for 21 and young 20's. Apparently this is THE party hotel on the weekends and the young drunk people were loud and getting sick all night Friday and Saturday-difficult to sleep as it was so loud in the adjacent rooms. It just wasn't what we were looking for and as this was our first trip to Vegas we were not aware of this hotel's reputation. Next time we'll stay at a classier place like the Bellagio.

4 stars casino with 1 star service
Withheld infrmation. Charged a 200 dollar deposit with out a heads up. When we asked they treated us as if we were crazy. Hung up when we called a second time. Smelled like cigarettes when we asked for non smoking. Would never return to there.

The Palms - Big Disappointment
The rap music at the pool was so loud it ruined the experience. The room was dated. The plumbing was 30 years old. The bathroom sink would not drain properly and smelled. The TV was old. There was no lobby to sit, relax and talk away from the smoke filled casino. Will not stay at the Palms again.

Not clean and bad service
Do not stay here, the service is HORRIFIC. We had an experience in which the room wasn't 100% clean when we got there. When we called to complain they did NOTHING about it. Five hours later when we returned to our room, it hadn't been cleaned still. I called again and they sent housekeeping, but no manager called me as promised. Much later that night I went down to the front desk to talk to a manager face to face. He offered me a $20 credit for not having use of our shower all day. UNACCEPTABLE!

Pricey with no Extras
Too far from Las Vegas Blvd (The Strip) although we rented a car. Better off staying on the strip. Too pricey and noisy. Maintenance took two days to unclog the bathroom drain, showed up and was beligerent knocking on the door after asking to please wait four times. Concierge were unfriendly, felt like they did not work for the Hotel. Check-in was the worst of any hotel we visited. Not worth the eight day visit.

Not Applicable
Rented our own vehicle at the airport and traveled to Lake Meade, Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon and just shopping and visiting Vegas. Best to stay at the Strip where everything is.
