great rooms
The Palazzo, in today's market, offers very nice suites, large, well appointed and comfortable. The mini-bar is a bit of a hassle, move a bottle and you get charged, so don't try to put your own beverages or left overs in it!

Gorgeous room
I have stayed at Venetian several times, but I have to say this hotel (it being newer) is even more gorgeous. The bedding was so soft and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for the price. You can fit 4 people in there, if needed, because it is a suite ( very large).

Elegant and fun Vegas casino
The Palazzo has all the glamour and glitz you would expect from a Vegas megaresort. During this trip to Vegas, the Palazzo casino was my favorite. The only drawback is that their spa/salon are not fully up and running. However, I would still stay at the Palazzo again.

The personell
The personell at the Pallazo must really love their jobs. Most of the hotels on the Vegas strip are very nice, but the personell are what really set the Pallazo apart from the rest. They were entertaining, informative and went out of there way to be helpful. I have stayed at almost every major hotel on the Vegas strip, but the Pallazo is over the top and I can't wait to return.

The Best 60th Birthday I Ever Had
I wanted a plush all-amenity hotel in which to celebrate my 60th birthday; in short, I wanted to be treated like the queen that I am. The Palazzo was the perfect choice. The rooms are all over 700 square feet, and ours was beautifu. It had a sunken living area with a large sectional sofa (very comfortable), a place to dine and a desk. It even had a fax machine. There were three plasma screen televisions - one in the sunken living room. one in the bedrooom, and one in the bathroom. The bathroom was luxurious with a seperate little room for the toilet. It had a vanity for my make-up (at 60, I need a lot of make-up), a double sink, a large soaking tub, and a shower to die for. The shower had multiple jets and a rain shower head....superb). We stayed on the concierge level, which had breakfast, high tea, and appetizers and open bar at dinner time. And a bartender who was both skilled and generous. The staff treated us like royalty - they remembered it was my birthday and always made me feel special. THere was a bank of computers in the concierge lounge that were always available for use. THe lounge itself took up almost a whole floor and was sumptuous. Large comfy sofas and chairs in many small intimate settings and rooms - many with breathtaking views of the Strip. The pool(s) were great with fabulous cabanas you could rent for a day of lazing around. THe Spa - run by the Canyon Ranch people - was great. The casino was glamorous and drop-dead gorgeous in decor. I had vowed that every night we were there, I would wear a red strapless gown to say "in your face" to my 60th birthday - and the Palazzo was the perfect setting to do it. I felt even more glamorous because of the setting that surrounded me! There was even a Lamborghini dealer in the hotel, and they allowed me to have my picture taken with their cars! All in all, a wonderful experience. We almose never had to leave the hotel for a good time - restaurants, shopping, etc was all right there. But if you wanted to go out, it was close enough to everything. The only "flaw" was that the front desk/check-in was impersonal.....that, and, of course, I DID turn 60.....despite all the pampering!

Escape to luxury
The Palazzo was outstanding in all aspects. The size of the suite, the three flat screen TVs (one in the bathroom), the separate dressing table and fresh orchid in the marble bath were just a few of many amenities. With so many varied restraunts inside the hotel, there was no need to search elsewhere for a place to dine.
