Venetian's sister adds 5-star luster to legacy
Venetian may be all about opulence, but its newer sequel, the all-suite, five-Diamond Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino, takes the swankier, cooler spin on luxury. A magnet for stars, the exclusive Palazzo features spacious suites, a remarkable shopping arcade anchored by Barney's New York (the only one in Vegas), outstanding restaurants, the world-famous Canyon Ranch SpaClub, Azure's luxury pool experience, Lagasse's Stadium and sports book and more. Guests also enjoy more shared amenities and dining at the adjacent Venetian.
Highlights

  • The Palazzo Las Vegas will come alive with the fantasy, food, fun and romance of Italy during Carnevale.  This is a three-month celebration of Italy's summer festival from 27 May to 08 September 2013. Based on the highly successful premier in 2012, the festival will be expanded with new events and special new experiences exclusively for the guests.
  • Lavo restaurant and nightclub for amazing Italian cuisine, Strip views from the outdoor Terrace and celebrity sightings
  • Star Chef dining options that include Wolfgang Puck's award-winning CUT, Emeril Lagasse's Table 10 and Lasgasse's Stadium
  • Canyon Ranch SpaClub, one of the largest day spas in the world
  • Granted the LEED-Silver NC Award, making The Palazzo the largest green building of its kind.

Some Palazzo suites include sofa sleepers, while several larger suites are available with features like media rooms, pool tables or grand pianos. Upgrade to Prestige-level suites for an impressive concierge lounge with complimentary food, drinks, business center and more. All guests at Palazzo Resort Hotel and Casino appreciate the standard touches in all suites, including fresh flowers, luxurious robes and slippers, and a substantial in-room dining menu. Wi-Fi Internet access is also included in the resort fee.
Features
Spanning 50 stories, the Palazzo Resort Hotel and Casino takes a deliberate spin on contemporary, first-class elegance. Get lost in the 134,000-square-foot Canyon Ranch SpaClub with its impressive fitness center, rock climbing wall and gourmet dishes at the healthy Canyon Ranch Grill. Take in the warm Vegas sun and sip refreshments among the Palazzo's seven pools (some open year-round), four hot tubs, 41 cabanas (fees apply) and several dining options. Guests looking for a more exclusive pool experience gravitate to the Azure luxury pool, where massages, Evian misters, house music, and chilled grapes and towels are the norm (fees apply, VIP reservations strongly recommended).

For sophisticated gaming action, try mobile gaming with handheld gaming devices or check out Emeril Lagasse's Stadium and sports book complete with 109 TVs and the best sports book eats in town. Entertainment options at The Palazzo span headlining acts and nightlife.

Good short stay

We stayed for 2 nights over Memorial weekend. Overall, our stay was very nice - we stayed in the luxury suite, which was great - large, comfortable, and well-appointed. The bed could have been more comfortable, but that is a largely subjective matter. The amenities were good and everything was pretty accessible. We found the staff to be very nice and friendly. The hotel is connected to the Venetian and you can easily go back and forth btw the two. the two are located a little further down the strip, but still pretty central. We got a great deal with a nice discount, so overall we were very happy with our stay. We would stay here again.

You just might get spoiled

Even though I thought I knew how my experience at the Palazzo would be, nothing prepared me for the grandeur of it all. The suite sure is sweet! Never before have I experience such a grand room...the bathroom alone makes me pine for my next stay. The pool is also pretty incredible. Staff and service was exceptional as well. Highly recommended! Best on the Strip.

Coiuld be better

There are no grab bars in the bathroom and the floors are very slick. Thery need to supply a instruction manual for the TV remotes. When you turn on the TV all remote buttons become unresponsive, you cannot turn it off. There is no program guide that I could find.

Second honeymoon

Beautiful hotel. My only complaint was that we could smell cigarette smoke through the vents, even though we were on a non smoking floor.

Beautiful Hotel But Pricey

Awesome stay if you can get a good deal. Staff was somewhat rude and patronizing ( I am 27, but they treated me like I was a child who had to sneak in to stay at the hotel ). The Bellagio was much grander at the same cost with nicer staff. Plus, gambling was overpriced and the wait staff rude.

Sweet suite!

The fortuna suite is awesome. Better than I expected. Luxury hotel without that snooty vibe you get from some of the other 5 star hotels. Room service is slow but the food is worth it if you don't mind waiting an hour. The hotel cafe has really good food as well. Will definitely be back.

Tacky, tacky, tacky

if you've been to the venetian, then you don't need to stay here. plus they promise coffee for 2 with your resort fee and they only deliver ONE TINY 8oz cup of coffee at Cafe Presse, which, by the way...DOES NOT USE THE FRENCH PRESS STYLE OF STEEPING!...and they're called Cafe PRESSE. the lobby is tacky, tacky, tacky abundant with plastic flowers. do yourself a favor and stay at one of the gorrrrgeous hotels at city center. the robes in the rooms are heavy and scratchy.
