B-Day Getaway
Hotel and room were average and further from the strip than expected, but the price was economical enough for that weekend. Would consider staying at this hotel again only if room rate is similarly economical. There wasn't anything bad about the hotel, room or service - it was just average.

my trip to vegas . at the place station
our room had garbage in it from when some one else stayed in there under the beds .. and they gave our room away that we had rented out for the week because we didn't stay there for one night .. it sucked and then the shuttle wouldn't come and get us from the airport because our plane landed too late .. it just sucked I would never stay there again ..

Quick weekend trip
Las Vegas was just a one night stop on a quick weekend road trip to California from Utah. The hotel was nice and the room was clean, functional, and comfortable.

you get what you paid for
Well, I can only say you get what you paid for. Cons first : We booked two rooms, 1st one you can smell heavy smoke when you walked in so we have to changed to another room. 2nd one the sink is clogged, the hair dryer doesn't work...... Their staffs are great though, greeting you politely. My wife lost her phone because the 1 yr old was playing it in the hallway, my wife asked one of the security guy, he radioed the main station and quickly found it's at "Lost and Found" The other good thing is that their buffet is very very cheap. The quality is average, but the Price/Quality ratio is excellent.

One For You
Dissapointing
At the outset, this appears to be a great value, however there are several items not mentioned when arrangements were made. $17 a day additional for a Hotel Services Fee ? Included are a paper delivered daily, internet, etc. The delivered paper means you go to the front desk each morning and request it. The internet means you sign up each time you use it. Not my idea of a service hotel.

The 7 eleven gas station at Sahara ave just next to the hotel has the lowest gas rates within a 5 mile radius and lower than the gas stations on I-15

Pretty Surprised
I have stayed at the Main Street Palace and expected the Palace Station to be comparable. NOT SO! We occupied two rooms and they were both cramped, dirty and smelly. I had requested non smoking rooms, which these were, but the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. I was disappointed and embarassed for taking my family there.

kids see dad trip
stayed here so my kids can visit their dad since we live in another state. when we checked in the line took forever to get to front. agent wasnt that friendly at all.
