DO NOT stay in the courtyard rooms!!
Rooms are adjacent to an extremely old pool area. Noisy!. Rooms have thin walls and slamming doors. Noisy. Outdated analog televisions. Pay $6 for WiFi per day. Old furniture with drawers that don't work. Bed is extremely hard (friend complained her room bed was sagging). Hotel computer not working; no express check out. Jeeze... even motels stock coffee makers in their rooms!! Truly, buyer beware!!

OPEN SMOKING AREAS MAKE IT HARD TO BREATH & EAT
Reception staff is really slow to do check-in/check out. The housekeeping staff and Maintenance people are very incompetent. I was over 30 minutes waiting for somebody to help me open the room, since the room key didn't work and asked for help to all those areas and nobody came to help, so had to go back to reception, be in line in order to ask for key change. The hardest part of my staying is that even though I stayed in a non-smoking room, as soon as I walked to any common areas made it really difficult for me to breath. Wish you can assign non-smoking areas that really keeps the smoke away!!!!

IT was good but could have been better!
I went to go relax in the pool..only one of the hotel's two pools were open. And getting to the one that was opened was very confusing. The pools seemed to be designed to be used by the people staying in the courtyard rooms. People from the tower rooms don't have a pool of their own. Other then that, the staff, security and valet were all very friendly and helpful
