Excellent deal

This is a good hotel and a great value. Some may not like that it's off-Strip, but I needed a hotel to stay in for a few days before I moved into an apartment, so the location was perfect for me. Just as inexpensive as a Super 8 or something similar, but with better amenities and food. The Feast Buffet and the room service are great.

first Vegas trip

First impression the hotel looks nice from the outside but needed a makeover on the inside. There was a long line of people checking in and not enough help checking them in.The buffet fee was a decent price but the food was not good at all. The room was clean but I wish I had a comforter on the bed.

Comfortabe & Economical

Check In took 30 min. Long line at 3:15. Courtyard room was convenient. We self parked in the outside lot right outside...very close. During Pool time, the noise level was high but it was quiet in the evening. No street noise since our room overlooked the pool. Easy Check Out with 1 phone call. The Wifi never worked.

Hotel Experience

When we checked in we found out we were going to be in a separate building with no elevator. Our reservations indicated king bed but they only had queen bed rooms. I mentioned to the front desk clerk that we booked a king and she said there was a disclaimer at the bottom of the reservations indicating availability. When we went to check out there was a long line and only one front desk person. The TV in the room would not allow us to check out so I called the front desk to tell them I was checking out. I then had to wait to pick up my receipt. However the food and service was good in the restaurants.

A good place to stay!

We find the location very convenient, with easy access to hwy15. You can get anywhere, without having to get on the strip, which is always very busy. The tower rooms are very clean and comfortable.

You get what you pay for

The room was in the old part of the hotel. It was clean but bed was hard as a brick, no shelves in the bathroom to put personal items, noisy due being on the freeway. Price would have been good, except for the crazy extra hotel fees they tack on!

First entry

The front desk was great, but when I got to my room, already rushing mind you, and a maintenance guy was installing the television. Was uncomfortable trying to get ready for my event. Couldn't unpack due to his equipment all over the floor. Once he left, he returned at a embarrassing time lets say about 15 minutes later to get a serial number off the television. Wish all that had been done way before we got there.
