CityCenter's spruced-up neighbor keeps it fun and classy
"Unpretentiously luxurious" is the catchphrase used by Monte Carlo Resort and Casino, and it definitely holds true. This Las Vegas hotel pays homage to one of Europe's most lavish sites, but its new restaurants, bars, entertainers and penthouse-level boutique HOTEL32 mean you can use the words "opulent" and "swanky" in the same breath. Just Average
Overall an average place to stay. It's relatively close to things and within walking distance of tons of other places. In need of some updates though. A few things in our room didn't work properly, (ex. Radio, shower didn't drain, shower head sprayed everywhere) Won't stay here again. But its definitely somewhere you CAN stay if you are ok with mediocre.

Slow check time
Waited 45 min to check in. finally got are keys and they didnt work. Had to take all off are luggauge back down to front desk. The second key worked. Got a package with flight and hotel and had to pay a extra 24.40 per night for a Resort Fee.Hotel was nice and clean but i would have been nice to have a fast check in and the resort fee be in the package deal. DIDNT LIKE THAT THE POOL WAS ONLY OPEN TILL 6:00PM.Good Buffet!

Couples Trip
Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were hard. No fridge in the room. Shower has no light. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even helped us book shows at other resorts. Pool was loud, more of a party than relaxing spot. Casino is great, location is decent, but the best part is the tram to the Bellagio.

Tram to Bellagio. Most don't know about it, but there is a free tram in the Monte Carlo that drops you off at the center of the strip at the Bellagio

The hotel and staff were great. Had a blast at all the near by clubs and night spots. The drinks are always excellent. Didnt get a chance to hit up the pool but I look forward to going back again in the near future.

Family time
Not a bad hotel, good location, little too pricey though for how outdated the room was. They need some upgrades. But overall not bad at all. Had some little issues when we arrived but the staff took care of it within reasonable time.

the service in the Pub the pool and the casino was very poor always had to wait even when it was not busy plus the attiitude of the servers was like we were bothering them
