The Tops!!

We stayed at the MGM Grand 4 years ago and loved it then. However we found it better this time overall. The staff seemed alot nicer and more approachable throughout and the new refurbed rooms were fantastic. Will definately be going back as soon as we can. Do not want to leave it 4 years again until the next time.

this is how you do Vegas RIGHT!

The staff were phenomenal and friendly. When we got there the room I had reserved wasn't available so they upgraded us for free! The hot tub was big enough to have 6 people in it. The bed was glorious! This was the best hotel experience I have ever had!

An overall great experience.

The MGM GRAND is just what I wanted from a Las Vegas property. We loved its style, location an comfort. Customer Service was attentive and friendly. The front desk was professional yet personable. We felt welcome and appreciated for our business. The "Lazy Lake " was SO MUCH FUN. I enjoyed MGM RADIO playing throughout the property. The Petite King was just right. I like the BOSE clock radio, the glass shower room and tv/mirror combo, comfy bed, and the available Emerald Green glow at night. It's just an all around great place. The only complaint was a slight mildew smell in the bathroom.

Never disappointed

I have stayed at this hotel many times and most recently for the PBR World Finals. They did a great job of accommodating rodeo fans and promoting this annual event. I am never disappointed here. EZ check-in/out; a broad range of restaurant cuisines and price; great location and service.

We would defenitely come back to this hotel!

The location is beyond perfect. The metrorail is right on the back of the hotel. There is a place to buy ticket for that same night at few steps from the hotel. There are tons of restaurants inside the hotel. We went to the mexican one. It was excellent. You can get VIP entrance to Tabu. We found it out on our last day. My only complaint is bed comfort. They were terrible. Extra soft, to the point that I felt like I was sleeping in a nest (a whole in the middle of the bed).
