Great fun had by all!

Fun times...our room was a bit far away from where we wanted to be, but access to the pools and everything was easy enough to find. Just a bit TOO big because you had to walk miles to get from point A to point B it seemed! DON'T wear heels all the time or your feet will hate you!

Clean, quiet, but lacks personal service

You'll be comfortable here, but there is lots of information that remains hidden unless you happen to find out about it such as; no free pool, cheap airport shuttles, express checkout, etc.

MGM-Spring Break Trip

My experience was great! The hotel is undergoing renovation and I requested and received a renovated room. Everything about it was great. IF I had to find something wrong it was that the water pressure was a bit low. Certainly not anything to complain about. All in all a great stay! Bob Cataldo

AWESOME LAST MINUTE GETAWAY

We checked in very late due to our late flight, everyone was very nice and helpful. We were disappointed that the dinner buffet had ended since it was only 9:30 but we had a nice meal at wolf gang pucks. The only other disappointment was that we coukdn't have a late check out especially since we got in so late but understood why because it was nascar weekend. Overall experience was goodd

Annoyed

The staff was great and the casino was nice. The location is great. The buffet is not as good as it use to be. I was annoyed that for 2 nights my television wasn't working and they tried to fix it but couldn't! They didn't even offer me a new room! There are much cheaper hotel that are just as nice on and off the strip. MGM and all hotel associated have lost my business for good!

Great location, great price... wish the staff thought so!

I booked a cheap, mid-week stay at MGM. It's under construction right now, so keep that in mind, but it didn't really get in the way. I had a good experience, except that upon checking in, the desk clerk almost apologetically informed me that I had booked the West Tower, making it sound as if I'd made a mistake. I told him I was aware of that. He asked to make sure that I knew "it's a reeeeeaaaaally long walk from here to your room". I told him that was usually the case in Vegas. Then he tried to up-sell me on a suite. Usually, I'm happy to be informed of discounted suite upgrades -- pretty standard in Vegas -- and I've taken some hotels up on the offer. The problem was that instead of making the suite sound amazing, he just made my regular room sound like a horrible choice. I told him I'd stick with the West Tower room. It is a long walk from the check-in desk, but I soon realized that there is a shortcut through a bar that takes you right out to the entrance of MGM -- with a Starbucks in between that NOBODY was at! The rooms are small, and I wouldn't recommend them for sharing if you're not close with your roommate, because the shower and toilet have frosted glass doors. However, my boyfriend and I found the room perfectly fit for a one-night, cheap stay in Vegas. It's not the biggest room or the nicest bathroom, but we didn't spend much time in there anyway, and when we did, we slept very well!
