Annual trip with friends
Great place to stay, overall. Every staff member, from front desk, housekeeping, casino/bar staff, were so friendly and helpful. Couldn't have been nicer. The hotel is lovely, clean, & impressive. The hotel stay itself is not a crazy price but drinks were incredibly expensive. In saying that, you'll spend what you want to spend.

Boycott Spirit Airlines
Construction Construction
Everywhere you went in the Hotel it seemed there was some kind of construction happening. Other than that it was great. The Airline we flew, Spirit Airline, was one of the worse experiences of my travels...never again. The staff was rude, the other passengers seemed just as rude and if it was a trip longer than from Denver to Vegas I would have killed myself. The seats in the plane seemed to be about 3/4 the size of seats on other airlines. Also, you think you are saving money by flying with them, but they hit you will all these baggage fees. Absolutely a nightmare Airline. Take my advice, spend the extra money for another airline.

I was very very pleased
I stayed at MGM because I was looking for a really nice hotel for a really good price - and that is what I got. I think the hotel was fancy enough (of course if you walk into the pricier hotels they do have some more "oohh and ahhh" factors, but they are also way more expensive). There was nothing in particular that I was not satisfied with. The staff were very helpful, the pool was great. the rooms were very nice and comfy. I went with a bachelorette party and there was a good mix of young single people and families. They have a lot of food variety options from upscale classy overpriced to cheap and edible food, so you can get what you want. I was very very pleased and would recommend it to my friends.

Not going back to MGM…
Maybe we hit the MGM at the bad time but based on this only experience, I would not recommend this hotel to my friends. Below are some of the mishaps from our 4 days; Day 1; Keys don’t work, waiting for someone to come and open the door for 15 min. After that waiting for an additional hour for someone to deliver correct keys. Day 2; No running water for two hours. Waiting on a phone for 15 minutes someone to explain what is going on. Hanging up after 15 minutes when no one answered. Day 3; Lunch by the pool took 1.5 hours, the highlight being when the waitress questioned if my wife really needs her own mayonnaise…
