Inside the infamous Pyramid, discover fantasy, fun and luxury
Let's be straight: If this pyramid-shaped resort was just a gimmick, it wouldn't have lasted. And recent updates have definitely put the Luxor back on the map. Fun week in vegas
Great hotel, clean and had everything you need. The downside to this hotel is it location, we wanted to visit all the other hotels and as this is the last hotel at one end of the strip its a long walk up to stratosphere! is a great hotel if your just going to gamble and drink!

Don't stay here
I checked in and the remote control was damaged. It had a piece of it breaking off and I almost cut myself on the remote. My shower door wouldn't close all the way so when I took a shower the water got all over the floor. And on top of it the shower wasn't cleaned properly. There was markings from the soap on the soap dish in the shower and when I saw that I was absolutely disgusted. Oh yeah. The vanity mirror in the room was clearly broken. This room should have been put out of order until the engineering department had fixed all of the issues and a supervisor needs to review the room attendants cleaning skills.

Lovely room, friendly staff. Room was overall clean but needed a vacuuming; found stuff from previous inhabitants on the floor.

Nice Vegas accomodations
Very nice hotel. Room quite good. However, no refrigerator or microwave. Parking fairly far from the room. Nice fitness center.

Fantastic Deal
Luxor Hotel and Casino Is absolute the best deal in Las Vegas in terms of Qualitiy VS Price. Since they remodeled all the rooms its great stay in Vegas. The staff is very kind when you have qustions. I love it. I will be going back in 2-3 months.

The time share for 99.00 per year up to 4 days and 3 nights for free is a great deal. If you need a longer stay you just pay for the aditional days.

Need to fix their plumbing!
stayed there over memorial weekend and had to call the front office two consecutive days so that they could come out and fix the drain in the shower! Water backed up while showering...nasty! Guy came out to fix and didn't clean the nasty mess it left after he plunged it but rather called housekeeping- we had somewhere to go people!! we waited for an hour for housekeeping and wife ended up throwing a towel over the mess and showering! At the end of our vacation we spoke to the manager and he refunded us the resort fee.

Good Trip
Hotel stay was great, ate at several restaurants and food court. Played casino games inside hotel and had good service. All was great but one rude employee. The person the bell desk sent up to take our bags downstairs to valet was really rude and even insulting. The weekend really was great and good time at the hotel. I'm not the kind of person to complain about anything but this baggage guy was horrible at customer service. His name was Bryon and I didn't appreciate his service at all.
