Hotel is a bit long-long-in the tooth. TV was not working (lack of remote) took hotel 12 hours to correct. No hangers in room for clothes. Took 2 hours to correct. Dust flying in room seemed like bugs. They switched rooms, not better but the conditions were the same. Wet towels had no rack to hang on.

LVH was a fabulous stay. Wonderful room with space and great views. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No need for taxis, use the monorail that stops at this hotel. Great price when booked as package. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Good Experience at LVH

I really liked one of the new options; for NOT having maid service for 1 day, I received a voucher for either $8 for food/drinks at any restaurant in the LVH, or $10 in slot plays. These could be combined, so I had a wonderful prime rib dinner with mushrooms for $18 in their top steak house. The rest of the experience was very good, but expected/usual for a nice hotel. All staff were nice and helpful.

Sightseeing tip: Long walk from hotel

LVH, being off the strip, makes travel somewhat more difficult without a car. The monorail does come to the hotel, but there are limited stops. So I would plan on a car if you plan on leaving the grounds for any amount of time.

aweful never staying here again

First time here and it will be the last time. Started as soon as we were checked in. The receptionist was rude and never gave us a key to get in the resort club. My room key didnt work twice. Elevators took at least 10 min. The floors in the hallway were filthy. There are too many more to name. Never again staying here. No wonder its a 3 star hotel.
