The rooms and Towers are amazing; very clean; responsive staff; views; comfort. For some reason a lot of shady people at this hotel /casino. Especially in the public parking garage. Some areas just seemed unsafe at night. We ate at a theme restaurant, the waiter was excellent but the food and theme is why the place was empty. You are required to sit in a specific area depending on what you are ordering before seeing the menu.???? Wish we could have stayed there back in the day. Glad we tried it. not recommended.

An okay hotel
The price was perfect. The monorail stops at the LVH which is convenient. However..I was unable to properly iron my clothes because of the cheap iron provided by the hotel (the reason I mention this is because I was in Vegas on business). Oh yeah LVH..you must update your tv channels..come on analog??? The cleaning staff never visited my room during my stay at the hotel...hello clean towels would be nice. The LVH is a nice modestly priced hotel..but it did not knock my socks off..I will definitely consider other hotels on my next visit to Vegas.

Good Stay
My first time to Las Vegas, I stayed at LVH. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice. Hotel needs a little sprucing up, but overall I enjoyed my stay. Be prepared to spend a little in taxi fare if you are going to other hotels on the strip.

Best hotel with the price offered
Been to Vegas almost every year and haven't seen such a great hotel with the price they offered. Room were not perfect but comparable with other expensive hotels. Few things were broken e.g Draperty automatic motor, and hair dryer in my friends' room #however they had backup portable hair dryer in the closet# but we just spend few hours in hotel and I wouldn't mind those.

Nice weekend vacation
Me n my girlfriend stay here for our 2 yr anniversary n the hotel is pretty decent. Very clean, decent size pool, casino was great. If your going to the strip I recommend getting passes for the monorail cuz it is quite a distance from the main area of the strip other than that its a cool place to stay

not bad not great, just good
it's about 2-3 miles from the "strip" where everything else is going on, BUT the monorail is in the hotel which is super convenient. the hotel is a bit older looking and needs to be updated, but overall pretty comfortable... Didnt like the fact that you had to pay $4 per cup of coffee in your room! i guess this was because there was a kurig machine? the rooms were really inexpensive which meant more money on gambling and drinking!! over all i'd say my experience was pretty good... nothing special but you pretty much have everything you need. and let's be real, in vegas you just need a crash pad!

Awful hotel stay with no compensation because purchased from travel agency
When we arrived in our Premium room the toilet was stopped up. We called housekeeping who did send a maintenance man promptly. My husband wiped spillage with a towel and put on floor for housekeeping the next day. The next day housekeeping did not pick up the dirty towel, did not refresh soap or lotion. The third day housekeeping did not clean at all. When I complained to the hotel manager, she sounded apologetic but said she could only provide us amenities we were not interest in since it was our last night, such as free internet, free buffet, etc. She did provide $20 for their Coffee shop to be used as we checked out. Very disappointing. Considering this experience, we are not likely to make hotel reservations through a travel engine again.
