Cheap on the strip

Hotel was okay, same with the casino however for the money this place really can't be beat. 10 min walk to NY/NY, excalibur, tropicana, MGM and a short cab ride everywhere else. Only complaint is the A/C could've worked better and the casino is pretty small.

The Mad Onion is cool but the sports book is also seemingly open 24/7 and is a little more relaxed. Plus they still have a bar menu.

For the price, oh well.

Decent location, near the main strip. Staff were on par with most of their restaurants, nothing exceptional. Room was very dated but clean. Overall if I hadn't gotten the room so cheap online it would have been a rough weekend.

Worth it for the savings

The hotel itself needs to be remodeled and isn't nearly as nice as the neighboring hotel/casinos but for the price it is WELL worth it.

Dont bother

In a nutshell: When you arrive the staff will look at you and just walk by, no greeting, no help The rooms are dirty n have patched walls everywhere The trash can in my room looked like it should have been in an alley with how stained and dirty it was The shower water kept going super hot to super cold The toilet paper was so thin we finished 2 rolls in one day You can hear the neighbors talking through the vents I gambled for about 11/2 hours in the casino and I never saw a waitress or got a drink, the whole point in Vegas is to gamble and get drinks in return. Bottom line don't waste your money, there are much better places to stay for the same price

4-29-2012 overnight stay

Hotel would not provide a room receipt to a paying customer. No airport shuttle. No free internet. No free coffee, breakfast, etc... Fitness room was small with outdated equipment. Charged a resort fee of $11.14 per day per room which wasn't quoted during the initial reservation. Slot promotion was a scam.

Kind of run down but very conveniently located & nice staff

The room was fine except the shower/tub floor was sloped. The bed was comfortable. The staff was nice. The room was very conveniently located. I thought it was a good deal for the price. I would stay here again.

Good location. Great Price. Great Service

Other reviews I have read said it accurately. It's a very affordable hotel room right off the strip. The rooms are very basic but everything worked. The hotel was good enough to satisfy our needs. What really stood out to me was the great service. I think the staff there was top notch and responded within minutes to calls for extra towels, help with the internet etc.

Time-saving tip: Long walk from hotel

For a first visitor to Las Vegas plan to walk to the furthest point on the strip and then take a taxi or the monorail back. Save your energy for partying.
