Horrible Customer Service
An uncaring desk clerk checked me into the wrong type room, after being asked to double check that. The manager on duty told me that because I booked through a third party provider I was not a customer. The manager eventually fixed everything but I was inconvenienced and needed to switch rooms, something I has worked very hard to avoid. Great value can't overcome horrible customer service.

Good location and great service, some improvements.
The staff was very friendly. The waitresses in the bar were amazingly beautiful and nice. The floor needed some vacuuming and the drain in the bathroom was starting to get clogged. The ac unit did not have a temperature setting but just vary from how hot to how cold. Everything else in the room was neat and clean and functional. I think 3 star rating is accurate for this hotel. Location is very close to the strip with a lower price. The ATM machines needed repair, one of them scratched my card.

9 Hour Stay
Was dissapointed with the Resort Fee, it's a ripoff. 2 small bottles of water and use of the swimming pool. Doesn't pool use come with the usually come with the room fee? No WiFi? Aren't we in the 2010+ era? I'm thinking there are a number of people who travel with tablets.

Last minute trip
Decided to head up to Vegas last minute, most others were extremely expensive. I've stayed in many other casinos & this one didn't have as many upgrades amenities in the room but was good for the price. I was disappointed we didn't get the awesome late night wing special I've received eating there before.

improving, dramitically
stayed at this hotel at least dozen times since it became H@oters and have watched it deteriorate to the point I don't know how it stayed open. Well this last visit was a surprise to see many improvements throughout the property: new pool lounges, new and better linens in rooms and at pool, casino opened up and not as clustered, in room coffee. The resort fee is still too high for the value of the property, but at least things are improving.

Weekend on a Budget
Went to Vegas for a 21st bday celebration decided to stay at this paticular hotel due to the low prices. Rooms were what I expected for $59 a night. Run down, old, dirty and lumpy matresses. The curtain sheers were grey and dingy, the balcony sliding doow was complety off the track swinging out from the bottom. The bathroom tiles were old, cracked and peeling. The water in the shower would go from scalding HOT to ice COLD, burning my husbands back side while showering. Not wanting to burn my backside, I decided to take a bath. Sitting in the tub gave me a perfect view of the black mold under the rim of the toilet bowl :( I think a little more elbow grease and some bleach would cure the problem. I also feel they should take the sheers down and wash them at least once a month, wouldn't cost them anything extra, butl like I said... a little more effort on their part could make the rooms a little more pleasant. Overall... you definitely get what you pay for.

Short drive from hotel
Years ago, my husband and I stumbled upon Ellis Island restaurant at the Supe 8 Motel. It's behind MGM on Koval St. Huge ham steak, eggs, potatoes and toast $6. Beats the prices you'll find on the Strip!!! This is our place to go for Breakfast whenever we are in Vegas!!!
