Great High Roller room view.

Efficient, but the check-in clerk was a little too fast in her spiel. Room was well-maintained, clean, comfortable bed, and had a great view. That said, the next morning the housekeeping staff had an open door across the hall and was talking noisily among themselves heard clearly through my door. Woke me up. Also, a favorite restaurant - the Café - was gone. First stay at Harrah's.

Taxi service

Very disappointed about the taxi service at the hotel. It was 100 degrees and no taxi's were coming to accommodate the line of folks waiting. My friends at Caesars......tons of Taxi's non-stop. It was pretty disappointing, otherwise, not bad.

Fantastic family vacation

Overall this hotel was great. The rooms were clean, it was located right on the strip, and there were plenty of restaurants near by. We simply had to cross the street to enjoy the mirage volcano show at night. The staff was friendly and check in/out was quick and easy. We had a great time and it was a great price too.

Good rooms, nice hotel

I was on a business trip and it was pretty close to the conference halls, hence location is very convenient. It is also on the strip, so it would be great for visitors. The classic room is very comfortable and I had no real complaints.

its been 20 yrs since we were in vegas--were we ever shocked-- a coffee maker wouldve been great-fridge/microwave should have been included in that rediculous resort fee-plus we paid to print our boarding passes which the airlines couldnt scan due to hotel cheap paper-so next time-if there is a next time-we will research more thoroughly

Nice room, but lack of casual dining

The only casual dining was Starbucks, which was perpetually packed. They are in the process of building a cafe. The room was newly refurbished and nice. The desk clerks were a little cold.

When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk informed me that there was a daily resort fee and that your company should have informed me of such a fee. I was not happy about that. I didn't spend much time in the room

At the heart of Las Vegas

I booked a room at Harrah's for an impromptu weekend in LV. I knew nothing about the city. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel was in the best location anyone could hope for. The room was pretty basic and the concierge was a bit impersonal. However the location trumps all these minor faults. Who's going to LV to stay all day in their room anyway?

Try the buffet at The Cosmopolitan. The place is called "Wicked Spoon". A bit expensive, but they have foods that are unusual and so good.
