Clean and Quiet

The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. The price was very easy on my pocketbook and I'd definitely stay there again. It's right across the street from The Forums and is right on the strip.

Great Location!

Checking in was annoying, the people at that desk were not the friendliest. They forgot to inform us which tower of the hotel our room was in. Employees working in the casino helped us to find our way. I had booked a king sized bed, but upon arrival it was not available. So after one uncomfortable night on a twin, we switched rooms to a King sized bed. Kinda skimpy with pillows & towels. Upon the room switch, unordered adult programming was playing on the tv. We did not order this & quickly had it taken care of! Also, if you set up a credit for room service & you switch rooms this will not automatically transfer which is ridiculous - so make sure that you transfer everything to your new room! Our shower would not turn off at some point, but engineering immediately sent someone & they fixed it (needed a new shower faucet). All in all, it was not a bad experience, no ne comes to Vegas to stay in their room alone. Checking out proved to encounter more bitter people working at the front desk.

Nothing special

Don't even think about opening the mini-bar. We were chastized for opening it and told it was not a refrigerator. Front desk staff has an attitude like they are overworked and under too much pressure. Thermostats in room don't work. Charges for local calls. Food is overpriced and average quality at best. The only way to turn off the alarm clock is to unplug it.

Good rooms for the price. Somewhat small and a little noisy at times but you'll get that staying on the strip. Very enjoyable.

Great location and excellent rooms

Perfect location for seeing the hotels on the strip. You can use the pool at Flamingo's for free which was very good. We saw a show at Harrah's (Legends) which was excellent and tried the hotel buffet which was impressive. Our room was not available at check in and we were given a nicer room but only for 1 night and had to change rooms the next day which didn't go very smoothly. The service for checking in/room allocation could be improved.

Loved It

This was our first trip to Las Vegas. Harrah's is close to a large number of sights and within walking distance to many. The casino is huge, the staff friendly, and the restaurants great. "The Legends" show is very entertaining and well worth the price. Some fast food areas are also within just a minute's walk of the casino. Overall, a great value for a fun stay.
