Location

Harrah's Las Vegas is across from the Mirage and Forum Shops on the West side of the Las Vegas Strip.

Rooms

Carnival and Mardi Gras Standard Classic rooms at Harrah's are finished in a classic American style, with neutral carpet and walls offset by rust tones and cherrywood accents. Amenities at this three-star Vegas hotel include Harrah's signature pillow-top beds, a mini-bar of necessities, massaging showerheads, granite table and countertops, coffee-makers and tiny catwalk balconies. Recently remodeled suites are also available.

Shows like the world-famous Improv Comedy Club and the Legends in Concert original tribute show have earned Harrah's Las Vegas its rightful reputation as an entertainment hotspot. But guests here also enjoy a bevy of other offerings, including seven specialty restaurants, a pool with private cabanas (for a fee), a full-service European Spa, and shopping. Find gaming in the 105,000-square-foot casino, complete with table games, slots, separated Sports Pit lounge, poker room and small keno lounge. Harrah's Casino honors the Harrah's Total Rewards Card. Free self- and valet parking is available.

Restaurants at Harrah's Las Vegas include the cowboy-inspired Range steakhouse and lounge, Kerry's Gourmet Burgers, country cooking at lively Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill, the popular Oyster Bar, Ming's Table Asian food, Ghirardelli chocolate store and unique IcePan made-to-order ice cream. For cocktails with a twist, don't miss Carnaval Court's flair bartenders. Breakfast is available at the Flavors buffet and cafe, with hot coffee and more at Starbucks. 

By February 2013, Ruth Chris Steakhouse will take over the space of Range.

Harrah's Las Vegas offers 25,000 square feet of meeting space on the conference level, ideal for small- to mid-sized meetings.

Policies and fees

• Starting 1 March, the hotel will charge $18 resort fee inclusive of fitness centre admission for two per day, daily in-room Internet access for one device and all local calls.
• Must be 21 or older to check in. A $100 USD per night security deposit for incidentals will be charged to guest credit card at check-in. An additional-person charge will apply to all persons staying in the room, regardless of age. We regret that children cannot stay free.
• At time of check-in, each individual guest will be required to provide the hotel with a valid credit card or cash deposit in the amount of $100 USD per each day of guest stay if paying via credit card, or $200 USD for the entire guest stay if paying via cash (the $200 cash deposit will only activate in-room movies and phone).
• With the new Pet Stay Initiative, Harrah's Las Vegas is now pet friendly! Book special Pet Stay rooms at a slightly increased fee, and stay with your favorite pet. Guests traveling with their dog will be asked to fill out a waiver form accepting responsibility for any damage or cleaning charges that may occur while at the hotel. Dogs are only allowed in specified guest rooms and guests must make reservations in advance to travel with their dog. The hotel only allows dogs that weigh less than 50 pounds and up to two dogs are allowed per room.
• Harrah's Las Vegas now offers Bags 2 Go. Guests can drop off their bags at the hotel front desk during operation hours (7am-1pm daily) and the Bags 2 Go team handles the bag transport to McCarran Airport. The items will be screened by the Transportation Security Administration and later loaded onto the proper outbound aircraft. When guests arrive at the airport, there is no need to go through skycaps and ticketing counters. Guests can head directly to their gate. The bags will be in the baggage claim at the guest's destination. There will be a fee of $10 per bag and additional airline bag fees may apply. Participating Airlines include Delta, Southwest, Virgin Atlantic, US Airways.
