No A/C

Hotel is decent, located on the center of the strip, room was always hot, a/c would not go below 75, even though it was set at the lowest setting 65. I would recommend for the price and location just don't spend to much time in your room.

APril trip

check in was a long and winded affair. I am convinced that since i booked 2 months in advanced the hotel knew i was coming and would know how many guests in general was arriving... so the least Harrahs IT and Marketing dept can do is alert the front desk that HEY....... we need more people checking guests in. The rest of my hotel stay was awesome and the restaurants within the casino as tops for the money. Keep up the good work.. and please invest in some check in technology....

Viva Las Vegas

This hotel is a good value. It's right on the strip close to all the Vegas action. It has excellent restaurants along with a mcDs for morning coffee. (Not provided in the room). The rooms are small and frugal but youre in Vegas. Who stays in their room? I would stay here again.

Tons of fun.

Hotel was clean. Room needed more comfortable seating, other than the bed. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Larger pool area with more chairs (not paying $100/day for a cabana) casino was nice, would have loved to win just once and I would have spent it all but there weren't any up excited moments.

Good Value

The hotel was nice and clean, the rooms were as pictured. Although we spent a lot of time away from the hotel, we did see the pool and it was basic. The shampoos, soaps and lotions were basic and left me with dry skin. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. We waited in line for 25 minutes to check in with nobody working at the counter. We arrived 45 minutes before check-in time and they wanted to charge us for early check-in. When we came back at check-in time, there was nobody working and a line of people waiting. It was 25 minutes before they started taking people from the line. Everyone was on break. All they gave us was apologies and a small bottle of water. Don't expect any pampering here!
