Always a great stay

You can't beat the Gold Coast premium room for value during the week. The location is super. This is NOT a mega hotel that you take over half of your time walking to and from you destination. The prime rib bufffet each nite @ $9.99 is a super value. More than friendly staff.

Average at best

I have seen bigger pools in people's back yards. The pool was tiny and not what I expected. The fitness center was very limited. Hotel just seems dated room was clean but bathroom had a lot of drywall damage. Not a place I would stay again.

Wrong check-in date

When I attempted to check-in I was informed that the check-in date was 6/4/13 instead of 4/6/13. They also said they had no more rooms available. Thank God I had my phone to show my confirmation which showed the right date and that there was no mistake on our end. So it turned out it was there mistake and guess what they had a room available after all. The 1st person that helped me at the check-in desk could use some more people skills. The 2nd person that helped me after I found my confirmation apologized and said it was there mistake so she upgraded my room.

get away for two

The hotel we stayed in is off the strip but that how we like it and they have a shuddle that runs every 15 to 30 mintues and they take to the strip when is convinence so you don't have to drive. Really enjoyed myself and the employees at the hotel were very helpful and plesant. I am not much of a gambler so why my husband gambled I went shopping and just walked around and enjoyed the view and all the beautiful senery.

Shopping tip: Long walk from hotel

The Las Vegas strip is a very long walk but the tram that they have that run behind the hotels is a great way to get from one end of town to the other or should I say monorail cause that what they call it.

Room feels like i'm back in the 1970's

The hotel was okay. The room made me want to stay out and about until I absolutely had to go to sleep. The room itself was dated and run down, but clean. The price was right for it though.
