First time in Vegas
The hotel needs a major face lift. Its old looking and dingy. The carpets need scrubbed really well and maybe the sweeper ran once in a while. However, our room was nice, but very basic. The view was perfect, we looked right out at the fountains and Paris. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. It is the cheapest place to stay in the center of the strip, that is semi nice, but it's just a place to sleep. You aren't to be in your room anyway, so overall the best decision was staying there, even though the hotel was old and grungy.

Hotel was central to any activities you'd want to do on the strip awesome for that reason. However be prepared for being charged at the hotel for everything! The facility still needs some upgrades but is vary clean and a great place to stay. They could offer free wifi to the guests in their rooms as a courtesy but not in Vegas.

I have been to Vegas over 100 nights on business and never stayed in this Hotel. I have stayed in better 29.00 hotels ... the Carpets were old, ripply where I tripped over them and the rooms was old and very tired. NEVER STAY HERE.

Hotel is dirty, bed sheets have holes, and hallways are kept together by duck tape. Price was too high for such dump. This kind of room is only good if you party all day without sleep. Shower are horrible, not too much water pressure. I do not suggest this hotel to who wants relax. Good Luck

Worst place I've ever stayed in Vegas
My husband & I took my brother & sister in-law for their first trip to Vegas in Feb. I picked this hotel because of the location on the strip even though we had never stayed here before. What an embarrassing mistake! I don't know where to start. The rooms had no coffee pots, they had vinyl floors in the rooms, no carpet. The bathrooms were very outdated with short counters and old grout in the tub. They turn off the hot water at 10pm & don't turn it back on until 6am. And worst of all, the carpeting in all the hallways is rippled with the seams taped with silver duct tape! So, the only reason I gave 1 star is due to the location. Just an all around terrible place to stay.

Conference/Valentine getaway
Stayed here for husbands conference. This trip was dissappointing. The shower/tub leaked water all day. There was residue on the bathroom floor from some star shaped stickers from someone's previous visit. One of the electrical outlets didn't have a cover on it. Poor wifi and cellphone reception in room-we heard this same complaint from other guests. No space to sit outside in the sun except pool area which was closed.

Just Okay
The hotel itself was very nice, everything you could ask for to stay on the Strip in Vegas. The rooms, were not the best, rust in sinks, not the cleanest. The staff at the reservation desk were friendly and helpful, but housekeeping was non existent. The amenities were horrible. Not even a coffee maker with coffee in the rooms.

The major upside to the hotel was the surprisingly well-done Habitat, with the colorful waterfowl and fish. The major downside was the normal (no extra charge) check-in, which was under-staffed and poorly organized.
