All-suite urban high rise connects with Planet Hollywood food and fun
Hotel sequels can be as dangerous as movie sequels: the successor often doesn't improve on the original. But Planet Hollywood Towers may be the perfect complement to the Planet Hollywood Resort. While it doesn't overshadow the original's many features, it adds some stylish, comfortable accommodations and one of the better pool decks in town. A sleek, modern, art-filled lobby with a dramatic glass wall overlooking the pool provides the main social area, connecting directly to the Miracle Mile shops. Small wonder the lobby bar is bustling.
Highlights
- Luxurious, urban accommodations with hi-tech details, full kitchens, great views
- One of Vegas' best year-round pool decks with a bar, hot tubs, chic day beds and cabanas (for a fee)
- Holly Madison's sexy Peepshow erotic musical at connecting Planet Hollywood Resort
- Miracle Mile Shops offering top fashion brands, food and fun
Location
Planet Hollywood Towers is connected to Planet Hollywood's Miracle Mile Shops, between Flamingo and Harmon roads on the East side of the Las Vegas Strip across from CityCenter.

Showers have adjustable waterfall shower heads and shaving mirrors. Guests can get hotel information on Planet Hollywood Towers sourced right from their TV screen.
Features
Other than 24-hour room and pool deck service, all dining at Planet Hollywood Towers is located in the connected Miracle Mile and Planet Hollywood Resort, including Strip House steak, Koi sushi, Yolo Mexican, PBR, Cabo Wabo cantina and more. Great value resort
I am surprised the Elara is only considered a 3 star resort. I have stayed at several resorts in Las Vegas and it definitely compares to the other 4 star resorts. The location is fantastic. The room was great. Clean and comfortable. Nice trendy furnishings. The staff was very friendly.

Perfect spot if you want to hide away from the casino
the location of Elara is good, easy access from the Planet Hollywood shopping mall. And we love the fact that it is a 'small' hotel so we could easily find our way back to the room without getting lost.

Will definitely come back!
Stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved it! The staff was very nice. Checking in was a breeze and check out was also very quick. Perfect location, close to the Planet Hollywood resort. My only problem was that the pull out sofa was not very comfortable and housekeeping kept knocking on the door every morning even though we had a "do-not-disturb" sign. Other than that I couldn't have asked for better.

Excellent base for a visit to Las Vegas
The Valet staff in particular made our visit even more enjoyable, by being friendly, positively helpful and engaging at all times. They were terrific! We felt that room cleaning was a little haphazard - the bed got made one day and not another, the microwave only got cleaned when I did it. The inmpression was that housekeeping staff have too much to do (with often ungrateful guests to work round) and management need to review this aspect. We lost a camera card at one point. Lifting up the settee during the search we uncovered some serious rubbish, showing that the cleaning did not extend to the areas under the furniture. I was able able to watch a couple of televised sporting events from Europe, in which I had a fan's interest. One of our party is disabled and had no trouble moving around the casino, the hotel and the room. A minor problem, that he could not get in the high bed, was resolved very quickly by lowering it. We hired a car and had no problem dropping it off and collecting it from valet - as stated, the guys there could not have been more helpful. This trip compared favourably with previous visits to Las Vegas.

2nd stay
Second time staying at Elara. Had the 2Br suite which was phenomenal. Upon checking in, I was placed on the 9th floor and asked about getting to a higher floor and with a couple switches, was placed on 38! Staff all over was very pleasant. Younger crowd mostly but people of all ages came together very well. Only drawback was the Elara doesn't have their own casino or restaurants. It is connected to the miracle mile, so the walk back to the room can be a little dreadful. Over all, great price for a great time. Would certainly recommend.

Not very friendly staff, but still a good deal
they took 2 hours at the reception desk just because I didn't bring credit card(which I lost recently) Staffs were way too busy to take care of their clients Everyone had to wait in line for pretty much time to talk to the hotel staff Besides that, room was quite nice(I stayed at suite) Amenities were good Not the very best location but still nice But don't expect the strip view, even if booked suite. since the hotel is not on the strip
