Sis and I escape
The upgrade to the room in the Towers was fantastic - jacuzzi tub and Eco-friendly soaps and shampoos. Comfy robes provided but one size fits all didn't quite fit me..... we were disappointed we had to pay the room bar for coffee...... The complex is huge and we got lost in the shopping area and were glad we did - with the roman statues and painted ceilings - wonderful night stroll back to the room

What a Great Place

Perfect Birthday trip
Caesars Palace is over the top! Everything about the hotel physical properties is first rate and in keeping with the theme of decadence. Caesars supplies everything needed for a complete Las Vegas getaway: Casinos (only drawback here is the allowance of smoking in the casino. Oh, and the fact that I lost at the slot machines, but is that their fault??) Food (Central, in the lobby was just OK and continually crowded. Cypress Station food court off the Casino was terrible: Food pedestrian and tepid and the staff ill-trained. Payaud served me a quiche with a bonus: a piece of metal fastener included. The manager did, however, comp our inedible meal.) Our favourite day of our stay was at one of the pools: We rented a cabana (not an inexpensive proposition) and enjoyed a day in and out of the glorious sun while being served ably by Josh and Portia. Great experience! Caesars is in a great location on the Strip. It is in the middle of all of the action. People watching from the patio at Serendipity is priceless, as the hoards stroll the Strip.

Second time here and would come back again
When we checked in, the guy was nice enough to give us a free room upgrade because it was 2 of my girlfriends birthdays. Concierge desk was excellent! They helped get us vouchers to get into night clubs, and helped make reservations for us to eat at different restaurants, even at different hotels. Stayed at one of the rooms at the Augustus tower room. Huge bathroom, with a jacuzzi tub, and a tv inside. The room had adequate spacing with a couch as well. Would stay here again!

Great Trip
While staying at Caesars you won't have to go anywhere else. This hotel offers many choice for dining, night life, pool and a huge casino floor. Great place to stay and would recommend to a friend!

I've used this online booking service many times and this is the first time the hotel treated my like a second class guest. My room was very outdated, small and poorly cleaned. I booked 3 rooms and we all had the same experience. When I checked in the receptionist also looked down his nose at me and said, 'oh, you've booked through X online service.' Implying I am cheap and not a real hotel guest. We also called to have the room cleaned, and they didn't show, nor was my room stocked with a robe or slippers. In short, my home bathroom is more comfortable and larger and my TV is 15 years newer than what they provided. Very disappointing.
