Dining

Picasso
Soaring cove ceilings, intimate nooks and great bursts of flowers make Picasso a dream of country elegance. Here, master Chef Julian Serrano's French-Mediterranean cuisine takes flight in a room that boasts an awesome profusion of original Picasso oils and ceramics. The first Las Vegas chef to be honored with the James Beard Award for "Best Chef, Southwest," Serrano showcases his ingredient-driven, seasonal cuisine in two masterful menus: a four-course tasting menu and a five-course Chef's Degustation. Picasso is the proud recipient of the AAA Five Diamond Award of Excellence for 2002, 2003 and 2004. In addition, surveyors in the 2002 Zagat Las Vegas Restaurant Survey voted Picasso "Most Popular Restaurant" in Las Vegas.
Todd English's Olives
The inventive menu of flatbread pizzas, housemade pastas, rotisserie dishes and flame-licked seafood and meats reads like a tour of the Riviera coastline. Conveniently located in the Via Bellagio, Olives is the perfect setting for a late lunch or early supper between browsing the boutiques. The intimate outdoor patio offers al fresco dining, weather permitting.
Circo
Beyond the lighthearted decor, the menu is decidedly serious - a blend of the Maccioni matriarch Egidiana's traditional home cooking and seasonal, ingredient-driven cuisine. The spirited menu veers from lusty appetizers and pastas to rotisserie dishes and beef and seafood entrees. Pastry Chef Gregory Gourreau's irresistible desserts have been acclaimed as "Best in Las Vegas" by LasVegas Life Magazine.
Yellowtail
The Light Group, Las Vegas' premier hospitality and lifestyle development organization, raises its culinary portfolio once again with the addition of Yellowtail Sushi Restaurant & Bar at Bellagio. Yellowtail's traditional and modern Japanese cuisine sets a new standard for fine-dining.
Noodles
From the expansive display of noodle-filled apothecary jars to the lavish use of gilt and polished marble, designer Tony Chi's striking design for Noodles is sleek, modern and inspired. Chart your own culinary journey of the Far East with authentic noodle, rice and congee specialties from Thailand, Japan, China, and Vietnam, as well as Hong Kong-style barbecue specialties.
Prime Steakhouse
Superstar Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten raises steakhouse dining to new heights at PRIME, located at lakeside with views of the fountains and lights of Las Vegas. Brimming with Baccarat chandeliers, plush furnishings and gilt galore, PRIME evokes the charms of a luxurious 1930s-style speakeasy. The wine cellar is deep with great California reds and first growth Bordeaux, and the adjoining outdoor patio is a lovely setting for hand-crafted cocktails and cigars.
FIX
Classic American fare focusing on simply prepared, top-quality fish, meat and poultry, cooked to order on a wood-burning grill. Freshly baked breads and desserts round out the menu. A sophisticated yet welcoming ambience is constructed almost entirely of Costa Rican Padouk Wood. Guests will enjoy a high-quality menu with professional, detailed service in a fun, energetic environment. Designed by the Graft Lab of Berlin, a world-renowned leader in urban modern design.
The Buffet at Bellagio
World-class chef's provide an incredible array of international delights served in a buffet setting.
Le Cirque
For over a quarter century, Le Cirque has remained the gustatory temple at the epicenter of New York's social, business and power dining scenes. Ringmaster Sirio Maccioni, long recognized as the "world's most charismatic restaurateur," brought his Four-Star culinary magic to the Las Vegas Strip with the opening of Bellagio. Perched astride an eight-acre lake filled with dancing fountains, Le Cirque is a whimsical jewel box of color and detail, from the star-studded entry of polished woods to the sumptuous, swooping silk-tented ceiling.
Michael Mina
Set in the Conservatory & Botanical Gardens and offering views of shimmering pools, Michael Mina radiates luxury. This AAA Four Diamond Award winning restaurant features contemporary seafood with continental flair. Awash in soft neutral tones, polished rare woods and sprays of fresh flowers, the room brims with sophisticated modern charm. Specialties include Caviar Parfait, Tartare of Ahi Tuna with Scotch Bonnet Chile Oil, Miso-Glazed Chilean Sea Bass and Lobster Potpie.

Great experience

We got a room upgrade to Fountain-View Room for 3 nights by tipping the check-in stuff $20. Also got a VIP pass for the front line to the Buffet and Bellagio Cafe. Great values out of $20!!!! The Buffet dinner was great, and I think it's more tasteful than Wynn's. during dinner hours, the line up would be super long, but the VIP pass just made us skip the line and get in like 5 sec. But the brunch was just average. Overall, great experience there.

Not the best getaway

Spring Getaway

Location: The location of the hotel was great, and it was very modern! It's right in the middle of the strip with easy access to Ceasar's, Bally's, Planet Hollywood, Cosmopolitan, and Paris. We did a lot walking the strip on the first day/night to check out the other hotels and the free shows. Show: We saw the cirque du soliel show while we were there and it was amazing! It was definitely worth the money. We booked tickets with the concierge and got a discount for staying in the hotel. They were very helpful and assisted with dinner reservations as well. Crowd: There was a large array of age groups and it looked like everyone was enjoying themselves. There seemed to be a larger number of young couples and groups at night for the club. Food: The hotel had a good array of different foods types, but along with the rest of Vegas is a little pricey. Some of the other hotels had moderately prices pizza places, and more late night eats which the Bellagio seemed to lack. The buffet was fantastic, and a great value. Although the line appeared long it moved quickly and was well worth the wait. The pool area of the hotel was gorgeous, unfortunately it was only in the low 60s and windy while we were there so we didn't get to utilize them.

New York, New York had seemed to have more moderately priced food if you want something quick. They had pizza, sandwiches, and hot dogs! you can check out the roller coaster while you're there! If you like Asian cuisine Noodles in the Bellagio had amazing dim sum and soups! It was around $60 for lunch, which was cheaper than most of the other places.

I'll Be Back!!

Bellagio is a fabulous place to stay. It is a beautiful and well maintained hotel that truly caters to to its guests. We took full advantage of room service and were blown away by the delicious food. Room service food at most places where I have previously stayed is usually ordinary, and I have ordered it out of convenience. The turn around time from ordering to delivery was very timely. The food was presented in the same manner as it would be in any of the fine hotel restaurants. Bellagio staff are a true asset to the resort. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, warm and professional. I attended a performance of Cirque de Soleil's "O" which was a marvelous experience. My only disappointment was not having in-room access to coffee and tea. My traveling companions and I are used to having coffee and tea upon rising in the morning and had to wait for room service. Lesser hotels have figured out that this small amenity is very important to guests. All in all, Bellagio was a wonderful place to stay, and I will not only recommend it to friends but will also come back. However, I will bring a small coffee pot!!

It was alright, it was not at all what I thought it was gonna be.

Overall it was okay, I had a few concerns with this hotel. The maid didn't come and clean my room until we called the front desk, then she only cleaned the rest room! Then we had to tell her to clean the rest of the room. I did have an awesome view. We ordered room service and the chicken wings were horrible. I still like this hotel.

Good location - unhelpful staff/service

Good location on the strip - but we had some problems. We booked a fountain view room. The first room we were allocated we could not see all of the fountain from and there was a loud buzzing coming from above (thought it was someone hoovering at first). When I called to complain they were not interested in the partial view of the fountain but moved us after I mentioned the buzzing - apparently there is a generator on the 29th floor causing the noise. The second room had a better view of the fountain - although both of them also overlooked a car park in the foreground. The room though had a couple of nail clippings on the floor and on one day the room was not made up. Staff was not bothered about this. I requested a late check out of 1pm (normal is 11am) but was refused unless I paid $80 - we comprimised on 12:30 for free. Overall hotel facilities were good, room was disappointing considering paid extra for fountain view (see picture) and the staff were unhelpful.
