And while the portions are generous, make sure to leave room for a signature dessert, as our banana cream pie and mile-high sundaes have allowed guests to leave satisfied for years. The Steakhouse is also the home of the Sterling Brunch - Champagne, Sturgeon caviar, and lobster mingle with freshly prepared sushi, omelets, and beef tenderloin, with tempting desserts and time-appropriate drinks: mimosas, anyone?
- Chang's at Bally's
- This authentic Asian eatery is among the most traditional Chinese restaurants in all of Nevada! With an expansive menu that features more than fifty (50!) selections from the Far East. - Java Coast
- A stay in Las Vegas is a pick-me-up all its own. Guests who crave a more traditional wake-up call make the Java Coast a first stop before starting their day. Offering all the selections of a traditional coffee house - drips and decafs, lattes and blends - as well as a full line of juices, soft drinks, and fruit smoothies and assorted baked goods, made fresh daily.
- Sully's
- The open-air feel and additional seating area of Sully's Bar makes this watering hole an ideal meeting spot. Lined with built-in video-gaming machines (with five different modes of play) and overhead video screens, Sully's is an entertaining place to recharge, refresh, and regroup.
- Terrace Cafe
- Refuel the body after a long day of swimming at this poolside caf that specializes in short-order snacks.
- Ichiban Sushi
- Introduce yourself to a Japanese tradition by sampling the sushi at our authentic Japanese restaurant. The rotating sushi bar presents selections that gently glide by your chop sticks. Traditional table seating provides access to the sushi menu as well as selections of popular Japanese dishes, including Soba and Udon noodles. Beer and sake have been imported from the Far East to highlight the flavor of each dish and round out your cultural dining experience.

Classic dishes such as lasagna, spaghetti Bolognese, and capellini with lobster tails are lightly seasoned to provide a full-bodied flavor and deliver more than a hint of elegance. Perfected Italian desserts and coffees round out the ample menu, and a full range of imported European wines are available to compliment any meal. Buono appetito!

Hotel could use some updating to the rooms. Stains on carpet and older furniture. Location is outstanding. Casino is fine. Don't let the time share people attack you as soon as you walk in.

Great Fun
We were offered an upgrade to get our hotel room sooner than check-in. Took it and were pretty happy with accommodation. Bathroom fan didn't work so it fogged up, the fan was pretty dirty. The view was construction, but found out that it will be the ginormous ferriswheel that's being built. Great staff, casino not too smokey. Steak house a bit pricey.

First time at Ballys
Overall the experience was pretty good. The housekeeping in the room was excellent. However, I was disappointed in the fact that, after staying for 4 nights, I asked for a late checkout since my flight wasnt until midnight, and all they could allow was for 1 extra hour. I then decided to stay an additional night and they charged me top rate and they charged me the resort fee again, knowing I just need the room for a few hours. That was upsetting, and will probably make me not book there again.

This is a really good hotel to stay in if you're looking for that "Total" Las Vegas experience. It's located right in the middle of the strip which means the most dynamic views, shops, cafe's, and just about anything else you would need. The monorail is also conveniently located on the ground level of the hotel which give you access to a rail system that brings you from one end of the strip to the other. Ball'ys puts on a show (Jubilee) that is absolutely VEGAS! All the glitz and glamour of a Vegas style show that you would expect is rolled up into this magnificent presentation. It's also located in the casino area of Bally's so you really don't have to go far for anything!

disappointed
Well, it started poorly with a day delay because of bad weather which caused us to stay overnight in Denver. We still are trying to get a refund from Bally's for the lost day. I asked for room with a view(my birthday was next day) then the "last suite" in the south tower was offered for $25 extra per day.......wish I had stayed with room with view, it should have been $25 lower! The suite had a huge stain on the carpet, the toilet area floor was dirty, the pillows were lumpy, the mattress was sunk in the middle, one of the 2 vanities was not clean, the towels were very worn, allover decor REALLY dated!!! Was VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
