Review of America's Best
The people that worked there are great. It is right off the strip where I wanted to be. The beds and room size were fine. The only issues were the one bed smelled funny and the air unit didn't work very well. Spent very little time in the room so it really didn't matter. Didn't say anything to the staff regarding either issue since I was only there two nights. Even with the issues would still stay there again.

Decent basic hotel, good value for the money
The hotel is located just a few blocks from the strip, and right next to the airport, so the location is very convenient. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. The hotel is certainly not fancy, and the clientele tends toward the not-so-well-heeled, but overall I found the place perfectly comfortable and a good place to stay. I was a bit worried about noise, but in fact that was no problem. The staff was also very helpful regarding a snafu with my reservation. (The front desk is a bit understaffed, though, so there can be wait time for checking in).

inexpensive and no-frills
This is a no-frills, older motel, where you get rock-bottom hotel rates but basic accommodations. Our feet were dirty after walking on our hotel room floors for a day or two. They have a decent pool area, and a nice hot tub, though the pool water is unheated and VERY COLD in mid March. The hotel is very close to the strip, a definite plus.

Okay for basic needs/stay
The hotel was very basic and not the best, but, also not the worst. My biggest complaint was the noise level at night due to all the helicopters and jets flying out of the airport that is right next door.

The hotel is near MGM Grand, just a little walk. If have car, is good place to stay, just a few minutes from Strip.
