Amenities need help
This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. The restaurant is good, the rooms are nice sized and comfortable but it was very disappointing that, again, the heated pool was out of order. The 1st pool was freezing, the 2nd pool was filthy but working and the 3rd pool (with the hot tub) and heater was closed. I was really looking forward to swimming at that facility.

Cheap room
Cheap prices can't expect too much. The location is about $10 cab ride to most places on the strip. My only complaint was that not very many taxis come to this hotel so getting one took some time. The staff was really nice.

Mother's Day retreat
Checked into room and found room to be poor in quality. Dirty fingerprints all over doors and windows. Jacuzzi tub peeling as it had been painted over in supposed updated room.

Great Value for the Price
Being that it was Cinco de Mayo weekend, we got a great deal. This is the 2nd time I've stayed here, and the first time the 2 double bed room seemed a lot bigger b/c there was no partition to separate the beds and the living area, this time there was a partition which was great. It really gets to me that there is no microwave in the rooms. Also, this time the room faintly smelled like dog urine or something not clean.. but over all it's great price and good location being off the hectic traffic of the strip.

Short drive from hotel
No casino which is good if you're trying not to gamble, but Hard Rock is right across the street if you do want to gamble or want a good pool/club experience. Alexis park is way more chill. 24 hr CVS a short 6 minute walk away.

Overall nice, very tight parking! Bathroom and TV in bedroom need an update. Comfortable, convenient and the staff were GREAT! A microwave in the kitchen would be appreciated.

Nice Surprise
This hotel was a nice surprise. It was clean and like a studio apt with a kitchen and couch. The staff was great. Our airline was unable to get us our luggage at the airport and delivered it to the hotel at midnight. The staff got it to us right after they received it. We were very grateful cause our luggage had all of our personal items in it.. Thank You Alexis Park, we will be back.

very dissapointed travler
wont stay there again
Stayed there on our road trip back home, picked it cause I have 2 little ones and a dog. They have 3 pools one of which we weren't allowed to use and the others were suppose to be heated and they were FREAZING!!! my daughter wouldn't even put her feet in the water it was so cold and my son lasted a whole 5 min in it. The lady in the front was probably the rudest person i have ever met. Then when i was trying to find juice for my kids i was yelled at that i had to go across the street because their gift shop and resturaunt were both closed. Another guest staying there came up to apploigize that she had just talked like that to me while i'm holding my 2 yr old. it was a terrible experience!
