Great Value for the Price
Being that it was Cinco de Mayo weekend, we got a great deal. This is the 2nd time I've stayed here, and the first time the 2 double bed room seemed a lot bigger b/c there was no partition to separate the beds and the living area, this time there was a partition which was great. It really gets to me that there is no microwave in the rooms. Also, this time the room faintly smelled like dog urine or something not clean.. but over all it's great price and good location being off the hectic traffic of the strip.

Short drive from hotel
No casino which is good if you're trying not to gamble, but Hard Rock is right across the street if you do want to gamble or want a good pool/club experience. Alexis park is way more chill. 24 hr CVS a short 6 minute walk away.

Overall nice, very tight parking! Bathroom and TV in bedroom need an update. Comfortable, convenient and the staff were GREAT! A microwave in the kitchen would be appreciated.

Nice Surprise
This hotel was a nice surprise. It was clean and like a studio apt with a kitchen and couch. The staff was great. Our airline was unable to get us our luggage at the airport and delivered it to the hotel at midnight. The staff got it to us right after they received it. We were very grateful cause our luggage had all of our personal items in it.. Thank You Alexis Park, we will be back.

wont stay there again
Stayed there on our road trip back home, picked it cause I have 2 little ones and a dog. They have 3 pools one of which we weren't allowed to use and the others were suppose to be heated and they were FREAZING!!! my daughter wouldn't even put her feet in the water it was so cold and my son lasted a whole 5 min in it. The lady in the front was probably the rudest person i have ever met. Then when i was trying to find juice for my kids i was yelled at that i had to go across the street because their gift shop and resturaunt were both closed. Another guest staying there came up to apploigize that she had just talked like that to me while i'm holding my 2 yr old. it was a terrible experience!

Good place to saty for 2 nights
Very clean. Good customer service. Reason for not giving 5 stars are: prety noisy because of the airport and poor drainage in the bath tub but hey, I'm not that picky either. I would stay here again if the price is right.

Discover this Off-Strip Jewel !
From the moment we arrived in Las Vegas to the time of check out, this treasure was perfect!! We arrived before posted check-in time, but when I called , they could accomodate us immediately! The reception professional noted that I had indicated we were handicapped and immediately provided important data to help me make the best selection for us. She welcomed our pet (who also loved the room! ) and we were set. My husband was a little uncomfortable whenhe saw a fflight of stairs, but when climbed up he was delighted to fine a Jacuzzi! The room was spacious, and the grounds immaculate! Check-out was prompt. The staff was brimming with friendly helpful professionals. A must for return for us!!

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
Unless you are German, pass on Hofbrauhaus on Harmon at Swenson. Adequate food , fair live entertainment, horrible disservice from our waitstaff, a huge wait from seating (far from the stage) to drinks order to food order to service, at least 45 minutes. We will never go back! On the other hand, we will ALWAYS go to Orchids Gardens, an all-day Dim Sum spot on West Sahara! Very good service, and at lunch we are usually the only nonChinese patrons, usually an indication of authenticity!! I could go on and on!

Not Too Shabby
The room was clean. The water pressure was great with a nice big tub. The beds weren't bad and it was a lot less expensive than staying on the strip. We enjoyed laying by the pool and all in all the hotel was fine. We don't have anything to complain about.

Great deal!
I came here for one of the largest convention in Vegas and usually most hotels charge exorbitant fees as they can do it during this time. This hotel still maintained the low prices and I took a chance and glad I did it. I found it to be clean and comfortable and was surprised how spacious it was. I liked that the bedroom was totally separate from the living area/kitchenette so that my friend could work on his computer while I went to bed early. There was no microwave oven but there was a fridge. I presume one could request a microwave oven but I did not try it nor needed one. Other reviewers noted the airport noise and I can attest to that being on the second floor. The facility is next to the Las Vegas International Airport. Another reviewer commented on low water pressure and I can attest to that too. I appreciated the jazuzzi tub but my room the tub was painted over and some area was peeling. If this facility would have offered FREE WI FI, it would have gotten 5 stars for the amenities. But one has to pay $12.99 PER DEVICE !! We did not avail of that service. McDonald's has free WI FI and so do many other places if you need it.

Shopping tip:
Short drive from hotel
Dollar General Store is a very short drive away from the hotel and you can get your toothpaste/toothbrush and mouthwash for very cheap. Also get your shampoo here too. Which is good we got it as our cleaning lady did not get us more shampoo. The hotel shampoo was not great anyway.
