- Jean-Georges Steakhouse
- Steakhouse, Fine Dining. At ARIA, Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten will eschew tradition by melding beloved steakhouse touches with a decidedly contemporary experience. The menu will highlight the best ingredients and preparations, paying particular attention to an innovative array of side dishes and sauces. Designed by Dupoux Design, the restaurant's high-octane lounge and extensive bar program will focus on classic cocktails.
- Sirio Ristorante
- Italian, Fine Dining. Chef Sirio Maccioni will introduce a menu of Italian favorites such as Veal Milanese, Osso Buco and authentic pasta dishes. Guests will enjoy traditional cocktails of Italy and one of Las Vegas' largest selections of Italian vintages at a wide array of price points. Designed by longtime Maccioni collaborator Adam Tihany, Sirio will channel old time Italy with its fantastical, Fellini-esque dcor.
- Jean Philippe Ptisserie
- Pastry Shop, Casual. Chef Jean-Philippe Maury will bring his signature chocolates to ARIA at Jean Philippe Ptisserie. Designed by Norwood Oliver Design Associates, the concept will feature his irresistible desserts alongside breakfast pastries, sandwiches, crpes, salads and paninis.

Very modern very comfortable
Great week in the Aria, most comfortable bed ever, great bathroom too. Food and drink are quite pricey but its the same all over the strip and the quality is good.

Not worth the hype
The service is horrible in the casino. The casino in general is a bit darker than other places so it brings a gloomy vibe. The worst part of the hotel room was that it did not have a coffee maker! We travel quite often and not having a coffee maker was a first. The food and drinks in the hotel seem a lot more $$ than other places. If you dont mind paying 6 to 8 dollars for water, then it shouldn't be an issue. We went across the street to a nearby mini-mart for everday necessities like toothpaste, water and snacks.

Aria experience
Overall a great stay. One issue was that access to Liquid was impossible. As a guest was not allowed to go in. Bad form. Bar bouncers overly aggressive. Too much profiling. Restaurants and shopping great.

Beautiful Hotel, wonderful staff
Wonderful Hotel, courteous staff, nice decor. Very comfortable room, clean bathroom, very comfortable bed. Nice amenities and restaurants on site. Fantastic pool, nice spa and gym. Starbucks in house, always a plus. Very convenient location. Front desk staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Sirio's restaurant was excellent, great service, great meal. Lived up to expectations.

Perfect Holiday!
Just arrived back today from our week stay at this hotel. It was amazing, the hotel is the best we have stayed in. I highly recommend it! Lots of positives but no negatives.

Great Place
Aria is a fabulous place. You have to eat at Julian Serrano-it is a tapas place with wonderful small plates. Great location in the center of the strip. Easy to get a taxi from either location, too. Would stay again!
