Clean room, great price but secluded

Didn't realize how secluded it is. Recommend renting a car if you plan to leave the hotel and casino's little complex. The shuttle between santa fe/buffalo thunder/cities of gold is not very reliable. Food options are limited on week days, with the buffet at the casino being your only choice. Clean rooms, great price.

Hotel near Bandelier

This hotel was very convenient for visiting Bandelier National Monument. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet. The heater in the room wasn't the best, though. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was fabulous!

Ski Trip

Yes, kind of odd for ski trip but not far from Los Alamos or Santa Fe and a good deal. Hotel and restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable but could use some maintenance (light bulb, lamp shade, bathroom fan). Decent food but good service. Good value on our deal though.

stayed to be closer for dr. visit in Santa Fe. enjoyed having some machines in the lobby in a smoke free environment. did not get a handicap rm which I had requested. Next time would need to call the hotel directly to see if one is available. rm was clean. There was no tea when I decided to have some in the night after the radio alarm went off at 1:30 in the morning. Must have been set by a previous guest.

DON'T STAY HERE!!! DIRTY & RUDE STAFF!!!

We will never stay here again. Rooms are musty smelling and the carpets are dirty. We were given dingy towels that even had the desk clerk saying "Ew" when brought to their attention. This is after housekeeping is banging on your door like the place is being raided at 8 in the morning when you're checking out. Front desk staff is totally unprofessional and literally yell back and forth at each other between the office and the front desk. The casino portion is also rundown and poorly staffed. Did not feel very safe and it was dirty. Several other hotels that are actually cleaner and cheaper in town. Don't waste your money here.

I have a witness.

Please don't stay here EVER !!! Police station just down the road...... police hound you continuously....... ride around and around hotel and try to pick up the southern women.... you can't even go out to smoke without 4 or 5 of them stopping to ask you what you are doing.... can't get out of the car without one zooming up behind you and stopping and watching.... you have to "hide" in your room to get away......

Single traveler

Overall the room was nice, with 2 exceptions! The toilet was ridiculously low to the floor! And the towels were very dingy - they should have been thrown away, or recycled as cleaning rags.

Dining tip: In Hotel

Do not eat at the Restaurant - very inexpensive, but also very, very greasy food, with no flavor.
