Average

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 days. From the beginning, our bed had no comforter-only sheets. There was no soap, shampoo in the bathroom. As we were going to bed the wind outside was seeping through our door causing a loud whistle and a hum, which made it hard to sleep. On a more positive note, the location is great. The front desk staff was kind enough to allow me to print off concert tickets from their printer because the guest printer was broken. All in all, it was an average stay. I wouldn't choose this place again though.

Good location, cheap stay

The room was pretty clean, but you can tell that people have stayed there for long periods of time. Overall, it was a good place to stay if you're looking for something cheap.

alright for the money

The staff was great! When we arrived at 10pm they quickly got us checked in and we're ready to answer any questions. The room however was very dirty. Someone else's hair was all over the bathroom and the sheets on the bed. There was still stuff all over the floor that looked like they hadn't vacuumed very well at all and the tile had spots all over it from coffee and or food. Other than that the hotel was hat we expected for the money. Great location that was close to both major high ways but you couldn't hear a thing from them! In fact we didn't even hear our neighbors the whole time we were there! I would recommend this hotel (minus the cleanliness) to any one passing through or staying for awhile!

Good Value

Good value for the money. Didn't have to spend extra on eating out, tips, gas so having the kitchen was nice...especially with 2 small children. Close proximity to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Family visit

A bit noisy room (heater, fridge, neighbors). Parking was scarce at times. Bed was ok, not too comfortable. Loose tiles in the bathroom floor. Smokers in the balcony caused smoke to come inside my room via the AC/heater unit. Cannot complaint about value since the total cost was reasonable.

Great place

We stayed here while we prepared for our move from Albuquerque to Kansas City. excellent room with good parking, enough space for our clothes and other things. the room had a two burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pans, silverware. Good location. We were able to check in a few days early-on thanksgiving-while we prepared our old apartment for move out inspection. Suburban Extended stay was nice to come to while we cleaned and cleared.
