Horrible!!!

We left this hotel and had to stay at a different one. Your website did not specify that the on site water park was only opened on the weekend. This was a huge disappointment as this was a trip for my nephew that we only see once a year and were sending back to Texas the night my mother and I booked a room at this hotel. The jacuzzi was cold, and after 4 times of trying to resolve the issue with the front desk manager and being told 3 times that they would turn up the temperature on the jacuzzi it never happend. The forth time (after hours passed) the maintence man who supposibly turned up the heat on the jacuzzi was at the front desk laughing with the manager when I walked up 10 minutes before the regular pool and jacuzzi closed(not the waterpark) she said the maintenance man said it was a central heating system and could do nothing about turning up the temp on the jacuzzi....AFTER she told me 2 different times that he turned it up and having us wait by the jacuzzi so he could go turn it up more, all of a sudden its a different story. We went back to the room and our neighbor had his TV EXTREMELY loud, we were so upset and left. Didn't not use or touch a thing in the room, it looked how it did when we walked in. She said we had been there 4 hours but we were not there the majority of the time, again, as to us trying to show my nephew a good time before he had to board his plane at 8:05 pm that night. Manager offered us drinks in the bar and free breakfast AFTER arguing with one of your reps, they went back and forth blaming eachother for this inconvenience and she kept telling him that the jacuzii wasn't cold...YES it was cold I told her 4 times of the situation she was very apologetic about it being cold, then she turned around and told your rep it wasn't cold, how would she know? she didn't sit it in like my mom, nephew and I did! It was cold and the amenities offered were not available or needed work, very disappointed and will never stay at this hotel nor recommend to anyone, I expect full reimbursement don't care if its from your company or the hotel itself. Like I said we had to leave at 10 o'clock at night and drive all over the city to find another hotel, I'm VERY angry and VERY disappointed!

Sleep Number Bed? It's a lie!

Don't let their 'we have Sleep Number bed' tag line fool you! We paid for an 'executive' room but it doesn't even have the Sleep Number bed, yet, the hotel services guide inside the room says they have the Sleep Number bed. If you care about how comfortable your hotel bed is, make sure you call ahead to request a room with such bed. Turns out only the rooms in the main building have sleep number bed.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

There is Rudy's BBQ right across from the hotel which is a hit at dinner time. We happened to go there early like 5pm to beat the dinner crowd. There was a very long line right when we're done with our dinner and walking out of the place. Food is great, price is great, very casual dining that's great for families.

A hotel well located

The hotel is well located, near the most activities. They had a pool and a spa that was correct. If you want training, you can go to the finest center across the hotel, I heard that it's perfect. We asked for a room near the pool but we didn't have. Also, the view from the room was really bad but since we just go there to sleep, it's not really a problem.

Front Desk Needs Help

The Radisson Hotel Albuquerque was comfortable and clean enough. The restaurant, though sparsley populated, served decent breakfasts. The arrangement with the Mid-Town Health Club may be the best deal for someone who likes a workout...an amazing facility with everything one needs and more at no extra charge for guests. However, there were constant glitches with the front desk... room keys that failed and needed replacement daily. Very frustrating.
