Bad Moments at Check In
Checked into the hotel about 430 pm on a Thursday afternoon. Were given a room on the third floor. Went up, discovered there was no way to get to our room due to construction and debris on that floor. Went down to desk, said it was unacceptable asked for another floor and were basically told take it or leave it by female desk clerk. She did move us to another room on the same floor, which we could access after working our way through tools, ladders and mattresses stacked in the hall. Room was fine. By 8pm that night, most of the debris was cleared from the hallway, although workmen continued to popin and out of rooms all weekend. Mgr called to apologize, but female desk clerk gave us the creepy eye the rest of the weekend. Won't do that place again.

Visited Brother at Balloonfest
Nice hotel, large rooms, hot breakfast and fantastic location. Price was raised for balloonfest, otherwise would have been a better value.

Somewhat difficult to find
This hotel was just ok. It was not up to standard that I normally find at this hotel chain. We found on this trip that when you book through Orbitz, you end up by the elevator and sorry but that is the last room we have.. Would probably not stay there again...

Wonderful!
For me and my two furry friends this hotel was the best hotel experience we have had in a long time. They have a wonderful courtyard where you can allow your dog to run around off the leash on actual grass! We were treated so well by all of the staff. I will stay here again if ever in Albuquerque.

A weekend visit to Albuquerque
The hotel seemed clean for the most part, however, there were dogs walking through the dining room where breakfast was being served. People had to walk the dogs through the dining room to get to the yard where the dogs could defecate and urinate. The view wasn't pleasant seeing dogs defecating and urinating when trying to enjoy breakfast... Enjoy!!

very comfortable, adequate for handycap
We only stayed one nite and was on the road next morning, but we will be staying with you again in our travels we enjoyed the short stay and was close to the Interstate 40 that we took the next day to go to Flagstaff
