Not worth the cost
Beautiful view. Lacked refrigerator; dresser was too small, bathrobe for 1 even tho reservation was for 2. Sound proofing is poor. Would not go again

Location, location, location
The hotel gives you the view of a lifetime. The best way to see New York skyline is from New Jersey. At this hotel you have the view and the ease to quickly cross the river to be in the heart of manhattan. It is clean and well managed with excellent customer service. One of my favorites!

False advertisement
False advertisement a jacuzzi was suppose to be included, News flash came after check in that everything that was advertised such as jacuzzi and free water weren't really there. The first day we arrived we drink both bottles of water and they put the complimentary bottle right in front of the bottle they charge $4 so they trick you into believing you will have free water when you arrive than once you drink it its charged. I think it should advertise what the hotel actually has vs what they know will attract more people. Also $10 wifi

Beautiful view
I had a good experience visiting the hotel. At first, i was skeptical for dome of the previous reviews but there is nothing to be concerned. Close to NYC. Beautiful view. Staff is friendly. Enjoy

Disappointed 583
Don't eat in the restaurant
Although our waiter was exceptionally good, the table wasn't clean. Caked food on the salt shaker, no pepper shaker. Table wasn't clean either. Food was below par. Too bad because the restaurant has a great view of the harbor and NYC.

Best view of Manhattan
This hotel offers a great view of Manhattan. Compared to hotels in NYC, the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor is a great value. The rooms are large and comfortable. WiFi reception is ok and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great. Just a short ferry ride to the city.
