Rodeway Inn Meadowlands

Ample parking. The floor I was on was non-smoking yet the hallway smell on stale cigarettes. The room was clean and all appliances and fixtures work. The bathroom was upgraded recently. The only major flaw was the constant rumbling of the highway traffic.

If you are looking to actually stay in the hotel I would suggest over the NYC options.

We needed just a place to sleep while attending a trade show down the road. The location was close enough while keeping the bill under $100 - pretty good for a hotel so close to the city. The "lobby" is a little scary but don't be fooled - the room was very nice and very clean. The pillows were for the birds, though.

The highway outside is very noisy, the beds are uncomfortable, and I could smell cigarette smoke leaking into our non-smoking room via the vents. I stayed here because the location was right and the price was good (given the location), but I'd pay more next time to get a good night's sleep without smoke and noise. The place is hard to find. Don't bother using your GPS--just call and ask for directions once you're in Secaucus. (If you take NJ-3 east from Meadowlands Parkway, and then start following the exit for the Turnpike southbound, the hotel is right off the highway immediately as the TP exit ramp begins to split from NJ-3.)

we were looking for that too much.most of the people don't know where is the hotel.but its very comfortable and the room was fantastic and very big.we don't like the staff bec he is very snobbish as a result we like it and seacausus =)

Couldn't understand the desk clerk....needs to be able to speak english and give directions.

Drove six hours to get to N.J. to spend the night before going into Manhattan, NY. The signage was very confusing, trying to find the hotel was a nightmare. I called the front desk several times trying to get directions and couldn't understand the person or he would hang up on me. Finally found hotel after six stops to ask for directions. Didn't find hotel until after 11 pm-waste of money only because the hotel was so hard to find.

This supposedly hotel was so far from its describtion!! My bathroom is bigger then the lobby!! The breakfast which is held in the tiny lobby is nothing more then a few muffins with a thermos of hot water and orange juice on a breakfast nook shelf. And the muffins were even stale and the orange juice YUCK !! The beds were on cinderblocks and exteremly soft that you feel like your going to the floor. Though its close to NY its not WORTH IT!!

This hotel is not huge or anything but it is conveniently placed 14mins away from NY by bus so I did not have issues travelling between both states. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean. Descent price for problem free stay and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. 4 out of 5 stars.

This hotel was an ordinary hotel. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. They had free wireless internet to connect to while you were staying there along with a nice LG flat screen 27 inch TV. The downfall for this hotel room is that there were no activities to do within the hotel. You had to walk off the campus to find anything to do. Other than that minor downfall the stay was excellent.
