Horrible Experience
They gave me a dirty room, made me wait an hour in the hallway while they cleaned it, the phone didn't work, the room was inadequately stocked, and the water was shut off for two hours! $200 for one night of absolute disgust. I will not be quick to do business with this hotel chain again, if ever.

Just ok.
Stayed here while visiting NYC. The room was ok, but one of my pillows has a dried blood stain and the other had hair on it. The woman who was doing the laundry at night did give me two brand new pillows though. The bathroom had hair on the floor. The place just looks like it could use a thorough cleaning. If you're in the hotel business, you can't be afraid to clean up after people.

Short drive from hotel
Take a taxi to the Paterson Plank Rd @ Town Hall bust stop and take the 190 New York bus into the city (Port Authority). It's like $3.25 and a cheap and efficient way to get into the city.

Close to NYC but very basic
Good Location, but we had to travel to a nearby hotel to catch a bus into New York City. Mind you, they provided transportaion only during the week, and we were there on a weekend. Area was confusing and a little frustrating. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Not fancy at all, no food option (extended stay did not provide any area in hotel for breakfast etc) except kitchens in rooms. Overall not bad, but if your looking for more pampering, this is not the place to stay. Very basic, but clean. Did not like the fact that they allowed pets.

Short drive from hotel
No dining at hotel, but driving from hotel, there were a lot of areas available. This hotel is perfect for exactly as it states "extended stay" Not short term. Good value overall though.

Great hotel for this price
It is a great hotel for such a price. The rooms are big and very clean. The location is also good and not too far away from New York city. Takes only 15 mins by public transport or about 10-15 mins by cab (depending on the traffic, which I did not get luckily).
