Waste of money and time
Not worth it
Let me just start off with the bad things! We arrived at 1pm but check in was at 3 so we had to leave our luggage there& decide to go into the city. It was a family vacation & it was 5 of us.when we get back to the hotel it was 9pm& they notify us that our room was sold to someone else. All they had for us was a one bed suite!!The manager was super rude and very unprofessional. It took some arguing for him to even admit it was his fault since we booked our hotel in may 2012 and arrive Dec 26,2012! We understood everything was super booked for the holidays but they did not even have rollaway beds to sleep on so some of us stayed on the floor! Couple of other things that sucked : towels are super hard, the toolet plumming was horrible, if we needed extra pillows or sheets they made us go down to get it at thw front desk, there is nothing walking distance to go eat, the shuttle was not running (because of the holidays) and the living room Tv did not work! The staff was pretty nice except for the main manager! They have a lil convience store with snacks and more than 3 times thwy did not have enough change when we wanted to purchase something so we had to waited a couple hours so come back for our change.

Adequate location near NYC Lincoln Tunnel
The staff was attentive...the room and common areas were clean. The lack of a continental breakfast is a bit disappointing. Would stay again and recommend.

Great location for NYC Trip
The evening manager was great! Friendly, knowledgeable about the area (Manhattan), suggested things to do and the best ways to do them. It was a nice welcome to a 6.5 hour drive.

El servicio al cliente es pesimo,
El servicio al cliente es pesimo, en la recepcion si pides algo te atienden de muy mala forma o de plano no te atienden. La relacion precio- instalaciones deja mucho que desear. Ademas ofertan un shuttle entre el hotel y la estacion del tren que no cumple con los horarios ni con el servicio ofrecido.
