Hurricane Sandy Stay
Unfortunately during my stay Hurricane Sandy hit and we lost power for nearly a week. The staff was Terrific! they made it tolerable.They arranged for a large generator to be brought in to light up one of the buildings and moved all guests there. They had large propane-fired barbeques and made hot coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner for guests. Extra stall seemed ot be onsite the full time and did everything in their power to make the remaining guests comfortable.Yes... the facility is a dated, but it was clear they are working to bring it up to snuff. I would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to others. The more modern Hampton Inn, which is next door, shut its doors and sent all of its guests packing and into the dark.

Princeton visitor
Don' be fooled by pictures
The pictures on website are not of this hotel. What you get is a property that is in disrepair with very rude staff that won't let you out of your reservation even when you try to cancel within the 24hr. First night police are evicting rowdy patrons at 1:00am. Didn't stay second night without refund. I have never been treated as rudely and as unprofessionally as at this hotel. They are trying to squeeze every last dime out of this tired property without maintaining it and they don't care if they're rude because they know you would never come back any way.

Good Value in Nice Area
We travel through this area on our way to Boston. The two room suite had everything we needed and was a comfortable overnight stay. It's located close to lots of restuarants, shopping and Princeton University. The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was clean and well-stocked, and the breakfast was filling and plentiful.

Florida Family of Three
Towel-less showers, extra fees
Three people, two towels. Asked for a couple extras in case we went tithe pool, was told they were out. At 9am??? Then at check-out they put a $100 hold on my bank account for incidentals WITHOUT TELLING ME! Told me if there were no incidentals, then the money would be back in my account in 5-7 business days!!!! Very unhappy! Needed to print boarding passes, the printer in the business center would not allow me to print!

Decent hotel
The continental breakfast was amazing. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The only problem is the pool was unavailable for our entire stay (a major reason we booked). Our stay would have been much better if the pool was open or if we were informed of that before trying to go to the pool. They did not mention it to us at check in, which I thought was strange.
