New Years Visitor 123321
Great stay
Stayed at the hotel around New Year's eve, and we were very happy with our decision to stay at this better priced hotel compared to the much more expensive hotels closer to Times Square. The daily shuttle bus downtown was cheap and convenient, as was the restaurant in the hotel lobby. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend others to do so.

Nice hotel
I choose this hotel because online it said it was 2.5 miles from time square. The only problem was that it wasn't it was further away and to get back in forth to the hotel I recommend taking a bus because to take a cab from the hotel to the city it cost around $70.00. The staff at this hotel was very polite and always could be found if u needed anything.

great place to spend the new year!
Me and my best friend wanted to spend the new year in times square, but we couldn't afford the prices of nyc hotels. Opting for a cheaper hotel that was still close we chose the days in. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that there was a shuttle that took us to and from the city at different times so that we could see the ball drop and get back safely, without having to spend a lot of money on a cab. Over all it was a great visit and I encourage others to stay there.

Good price, location not terrible, but not ideal.
It was fairly pleasant stay at this Days Inn. While the price was fair, the locaiton is somewhat out of the way if you're looking to stay in NYC. If you do stay there, they do offer a shuttle to and from the city which is great. If not, you're looking at a $60 cab ride, one way. The hotel staff were pleasant, but not overly friendly. I had an issue with them charging my credit card twice, and it felt like it took forever for the issue to be resolved. The hotel was clean and fine for a quick trip.

very good hotel
Clean , good staff, 15 minutes from Newark airport and very close to restaurants all Spanish food you can imaging and European(Spain, portuguese, Italian) overall very good !

Safe Shelter from Hurricane Sandy!
The entire staff was professional and attentive. My partner called me at work crying and upset because the wind was blowing during Hurricane Sandy. I called Josh and he took the time out of his busy schedule to call my partner and comfort her. It looks like the Days Inn is our new favorite hotel. I look forward to our next visit, hopefully it will be under happier circumstance!
