Totally Inflexible hotel staff
I was 5 minutes late to Breakfast and the area was closed. I had a later flight and there was a $50 charge to store my luggage until 3pm. When it rained the room smelled like urine. I recommend that you stay next door at Dys Inn,

I will never stay at this hotel again
My trip was ruined when Warrewn the owners son told me that my date was incorrectly booked by there third party affiliate which he knew nothing about. I had to spend mpre money just to stay there that night because of this mistake. He was not friendly and very unhelpful saying that he was a franchise and had nothing to do with my bookings sevral time. After 30 mins he magically knew the exact number that I could call. Needless to say cacelled the following night and had to be refunded. This hotel is a perfect location to get in Manhattan but the staff sucks.

15 Mins From The Heart of NYC!!!
I enjoyed the stay at the Super 8 motel. The room was clean and everyone was very pleasant. I also enjoed the shuttle bus because it saved me $$$$$.

I would advise to take the shuttle bus that the motel offers to avoid paying $13.00 every time you enter NYC.

Great hotel!!!
I stayed here for 4 weeks while I was in the NYC area for work. The hotel had a weekly rate when I called, which was awesome. I'm a single female and I felt very safe at this hotel. The hotel is super close to the Lincoln Tunnel, so it's not quiet - you could here some traffic from the room. However, it is SUPER convenient. The local shuttle goes right by the hotel and you can catch it into NYC for $3/person. I felt safe on the shuttle, even late at night, and it is quick in/out of the city. The front desk was very helpful - gave me a map when I checked in of restaurants/shopping/buses, etc. Any time I had a question, they were great to answer it. It's a Super 8, so it's a basic hotel. However, the rooms were clean, the staff was pleasant, and it's a great cheap place to stay if you want to see NYC on a budget! I will definitely stay here again.

A good choice for the price
The room was clean and the bed was big and comfortable. But the heating can make it too hot and very dry. Breakfast area is always very crowded. There'll be a shuttle every 8-10 minutes to take you to the Port Authority Bus Terminal which is very convenient.

Safe never worked and they never fixed it. Very dirty this time. Spend the extra money and stay in Manhattan.
