Ok stay.
Hotel wasn't too bad for the low price and great location to the city. Negative: so stuffy inside the rooms, no air to breath and it smells a bit like muggy wet carpet.

Clean room? Staff?
+s: free hot &cold breakfast items, staff helpful with city attractions, bed extra comfy, cost -s: Bathroom should have been better cleaned (dust and gross build up everywhere); staff pushing hotel membership/rewards club at all breakfasts, location far from city, THIN walls (heard tv, conversations, and phone of next room), called hotel and asked them to privately quiet next room. After the staff member talked with the loud room, she pounded on our door and loudly discussed the noises of next room THROUGH our room door in the middle of the night. The nosies finally stopped, but we were glad to have checked out around 5 am!

Great family getaway
The rooms at this hotel were what I needed for my family of five we all fit just right. The staff was great with everything such as telling where to go in New York and what to do and see and what not to do . The hotel had a shuttle bus that would take you time square and pick up to and it was only 4.00 dollar a person one way cheater than a taxi. Over all its a great place to stay at

Great...
The hotel is great for its price. Some of the staff treat us like if e were dumb our something, but the rest was pretty good. The breakfast was more than we expected; it was yummy. The room was fairly good, clean, and comfortable. Always clean towels and made bed. It's great if you want a place to sleep only, not a place for fun. I will stay again...

If you stay in this hotel and want to go to NYC take the shuttle. It is affordable, have convenient hours, and they are great guys.

Very pleased
I arrived at tbe hotel around 10PM you as soon as the cab arrived to the hotel a nice staff member was waiting to take my bag. I was greeted warmly by the hotel desk staff and iI knew immediately I would enjoy my stay there. The continental breakfast was very good with many choices. There was a shuttle that was independent from the hotel that took you to times square from the hotel, they were not friendly and i hated taking their shuttle but it was the quickest way to get to NY, but as I stated they were not a part of the hotel staff. The hotel was clean overall and my onlh complaint was that the hotel room doors slam really hard when closing. Yet, having said that i would gladly and eagerly stay there again. Good value and excellent staff.

Either rent a car or bring food back with you. There is also a restaurant that the hotel refers guests to order from and they deliver to your room the food was very good.

Hotel is not new anymore. Pictures on website is not what you will get in reality. For that money, You can have much better. Main problem is smell. It's everywhere ...

The only thing worthwhile was the night desk girl
The hotel's location look greats. But in actuality, if you don't know the area you soon realize that although the hotel is right off the exit, there is no way to access it, as no left turns are allowed. Second the hotel morning desk lady, left me waiting twice in the morning, once to get food from the buffet that is supposed to be for guests and then second to eat it. YES eat it!. I had to knock on the door and tell her I was running late, so she would stop eating and actually help myself and the other guests in line!! Third, it felt like a hostel once inside. People were lounging in hallways and being really loud. Although it looks nice from the outside, it really isn't. And the bathrooms are SUPER small. Sincerely the size of a closet and the shower is the plastic RV style. It was kind of bizarre. The only thing great about this place was the night front desk girl. She was professional, and was able to handle large lines of people efficiently all the while doing it by herself! Bravo. I would not recommend this place. And if you are an employer looking for competent staff grab the night girl, she's deserves to be working in a hotel of a higher caliber.
