Great Family Stay
We had such a good time. The children played in the pool while I relaxed in the whirlpool. We were close to the largest outlet mall in NJ so we shopped, ate, and watched a movie! Great location because we were close to everything.

Great family Stay
We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time. It was peaceful, except for the day of check out when the cleaning staff knocked on the door very early and proceeded to enter the room to clean, twice that morning. Other than that it was such a lovely time with the family. We enjoyed the pool and whirl pool! I appreciate the up grade to the lobby and added features. The location is great we were able to visit the mall and toy store. We could have gone to the movies but my little ones wanted to get back to the pool. We will definitely visit again!

We just stayed there one night before our flight from EWR and it was great. Comfortable room, wireless, Starbucks in the lobby, shuttle service to the airport. Can't find anything to complain about.

Very supportive staff
Good and clean hotel. Very supportive staff! The A.C. in our room was leaking, so the wet carpet caused some damages on our belongings. But the hotel manager disayed great support in getting the issue quickly and effectly sorted out (we got a compensation from our travel agent)! And beyond that even offered free breakfast to me & my family (5 people!). Thank you so much! Only the road access is VERY difficult to find. Please Courtyard put on your website how to get there (using exit "Frontage Road!") HT

Convenient to the recreational activities we were looking for.
VERY difficult to navigate to and poorly marked route to the entrance however, once we got there (finally after 6 attempts!) it was convenient to get to the activities we were in Newark to see (Field Station: Dinosaurs, Bronx Zoo, NY Aquarium). The property was very well kept and maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Bistro (operated in conjunction with Starbuck)s was VERY expensive. When booking consider including meals (at least for the kids breakfast). The pool was refreshing after a long day out site-seeing.

Unable to use the address or the actual location to place in a GPS to find the hotel. The staff was unable to give driving directions from the location that we were at. The directions took us to a location that was not very safe.

Nice weekend get away
Very nice. My flight arrived early and they let me check in early. Clean rooms and friendly staff. I will be back!
